The hotel is extremely close to the terminal, directly connected by a skybridge. It looks very new, boasts comprehensive facilities, and is impeccably clean. All essential toiletries such as shampoo, shower gel, hand soap, toilet paper, and slippers are provided.
The soundproofing is also excellent; despite an elevated highway being right outside the window, there was absolutely no noise inside.
They provide a 1.5-meter wide bed, which is a big plus! Many hotels in this area often have quite narrow beds, so it was a pleasant surprise to find such a spacious 1.5m bed here, making it perfect for two people.
For trips to the city center, taking the subway is also very convenient.
On 15 September, I came to check in for our second room since we had booked two rooms: one family room and one twin bedroom.
The family room was ready earlier, so we checked in around 11–12pm. At that time, the staff informed us that the second room would only be available for check-in at 3pm to avoid early check-in charges. We decided to check in later at night around 10–11pm for the other room.
During the check-in process, I requested an extra blanket for the family room (Room 459), as it was just me and my brother staying there, and we couldn’t share a single blanket. The staff asked how many people were in the room and insisted that they couldn’t provide an extra blanket without checking with the supervisor. Even after checking, they still refused and mentioned that the family room should already come with an extra quilt on the sofa bed.
I explained that there was no extra blanket or quilt in Room 459. The staff confirmed that there should be one, but when we returned to the room, there was none. I was very frustrated at this point. Later, when we went up to our twin room (Room 412), we discovered that this room actually had the extra blanket and quilt — even though this was the twin room, not the family room.
This left us very confused. How could the staff not know which room types are equipped with extra blankets? It felt unprofessional and gave us the impression that they weren’t familiar with the room assignments.
Very good hotel, clean, nice staff, the location is convenient for people arriving at Heathrow. It’s far from the main attractions in London, but I managed to use the public transportation. Took me around one hour to get to Paddington. There are some markets and restaurants nearby.

I stayed here for a night and found it to be a convenient option, especially due to its proximity to the airport and just a few minutes’ walk to the bus stop.
The hotel felt old and the room was small, but clean and well-maintained, perfect for a one-night stay. Overall, a practical and affordable choice for travelers in transit.
It is a typical 4+ level hotel, modest decoration but does not look old fashion yet. Spacious, clean, bright and tidy room. Everything like desk, TV, mirrors, and bathroom iis surprisingly big in Europe, at this price level. Even the shampoo and body wash are jumbo sized. Tap and shower glass door need some maintenance. Huge basin countertop, good to put everything on. Some adjacent rooms can be connected to create a family room. The staff are polite and friendly.
Really great for the price. The breakfast was not bad at all and the room was very clean and tidy. We asked for a bath and they found a room for us. The only thing was that the noise outside the door from people speaking and closing the doors was very loud, but that can’t be helped
I received two bottles of water while I checked in (even I am just one person)
The room is best so far I stayed in London for 4 difficult hotel. Towels are very clean. Large TV, soft bed but extremely comfortable.
The bus stop just outside of hotel near all the hotels in bath room (I think it is the closest stop compare to all other hotels)
I didn’t have chance to try the restaurant but people are just so nice.
One night stay at heathrow after a flight.
Emailed hotel the night before to ask for a nice view as it was my brothers birthday treat and he loved watching the planes. Had already booked a runway view room but some are on lower floors so more restricted. On arrival at the hotel they had upgraded us to a suite which was a really lovely gesture however we had booked a twin and the suite was a double. We asked for the sofa bed to be made up. After 4 visits to reception and a 5 hour wait, housekeeping finally made up the sofa bed. By this point we were extremely tired as we'd had a really long day so it did damper our experience a little. The birthday cake and note in the suite were a lovely touch.
With the upgrade, we were given access to the executive lounge which has a great view over the runway to watch the planes. Drinks available all day with alcohol in the evening and canapés. Unlike every other executive lounge ive been to, the canapés were served plated to your table which seemed a little strange and also made the service very slow as the lounge was full. Also meant there was a higher level of wastage as people didnt want some of the selection. Based on this visit, I wouldn't book a room for the lounge access. There are much better hotels at the airport with better lounges if that's what your looking for.
Beds were extremely comfortable. Lovely bathroom. Again, great view of the runway. Aircon wouldn't go below 20 which was a little annoying with how warm London is at the moment.
Great selection at breakfast. Friendly staff. Delicious food.
I would stay here again but wouldn't worry about access to the executive lounge as that was disappointing.
Stayed here for a short layover and its quite near Heathrow airport!! Took a bus from the airport, about 15-20mins (excl waiting time) and we reached.
Check in: Swift, maybe cuz it was 11+pm hehe
Service: Great, there was a night menu from the hotel resturant next door and our hotel staff took the extra mile to collect and bring over to reception for us 🙏
Food: Morning breakfast was a classic american brekkie buffet, it was quite good.
Comfort/cleanliness: Bed was comfy, clean. Toilet was huge and very wheelchair accessible but shower area was a little small when curtains are drawn (and if u accidentally touch the wet curtains its SO COLDDDD 😳 toilet wasnt the best looking cuz it looked like public ones but overall still ok

Great
HHorrid HenryNice hotel with decent sized rooms. There was a wedding party one when we arrived and there was loud music playing until 00:00 - which isn’t great when we wanted to sleep after a long flight.
Hotel is quite close to the airport, but still need to take a bus (taxi was £30 for a 5min drive which is a bit extreme).
Would consider staying again if there’s no wedding party happening.
GGuest UserVery nice Hotel in a very nice location. Buses are just around the corner and easy to travel in and out of London Central. Staff were kind and rooms were spotless, which were also cleaned daily with fresh towels provided. The shower in the room I had was great. It was also a nice feature to have the roku tv set-up in the room to relax for some time before sleep after a night out in London or even Hayes itself. I will definitely visit this hotel again on my next visit to London. Thank you Rosemay Hotel 🙂
GGuest UserI’ve stayed here a few times, best hotel by Heathrow in my opinion. Comfy beds ( actually had to stop myself from taking the pillow cases as they are so soft and silky) good food and a lovely place to stay before a 13 hour flight. There are cheaper hotels near Heathrow but for the sake of 10-20 pounds it’s 100% worth paying a little bit extra. I also used top cashback when booking so for me it was no more expensive than staying at a premier inn
AA380I don't think I would stay here again unless the price was right and there weren't other properties around Heathrow at a decent price.
The key reason is that the property is in need of a refurb. The wear and tear is visible, the furniture is all chipped etc.
Apart from that, the bed was actually comfortable and the bedding was great so soft. The breakfast was standard and the staff was efficient.
GGuest UserThe staff was invaluable and friendly. The rooms are spacious and clean. The open plan area is inviting to lounge around and have a drink or bite to eat.
The sauna and steam room were great for unwinding after a long trip, and the food was reasonably priced and good quality. The location is not hard to get to, but a long walk from Hayes and Harlington station should you get the Elizabeth line. You would need a taxi or bus to access the hotel.
AAnamorphicCheck in service was excellent. Location, couldn’t ask for anything better.
Breakfast included was poor. Kitchen area had only one small table. Also, only a few cups, which were currently being used by another family so had to wait 30 mins to service ourselves only bread and peanut butter.
Fridge completely empty. 😢
JJ G-JAs ever, Premier Inn delivered. Got a really good price for the night. Only 6-7 minutes walk to Hayes & Harlington station, so easy to get the first Elizabeth Line train to Heathrow for my flight. Easier and cheaper than being at the airport.
Really friendly member of staff on duty helped me when I couldn’t self check-in.
The room was clean, warm and quiet. Just what I needed and wanted.
GGuest UserOverall very good, very close to the airport, this price can live in London to such a hotel has been very value! We flew to London on AirAsia's CA937 flight. We came to the UK for the first time. After getting off the plane, we went to the rental car company to get the car. It was almost 8 o'clock. It was just black, and it was opened in five minutes. It was free at the door. parking lot. The hotel room is small, but it can be set up in a separate bathroom. In fact, for the person who arrived on the first day, due to the time difference, basically can't sleep in the middle of the night (except for the child, my son went to sleep and went to sleep until dawn), the size of the room does not matter, there is a place to stay. I woke up from one o'clock in the morning, although the hotel was facing the street, but it was super quiet at night! Breakfast is typical continental, simple but full enough. The front desk clerk is very welcoming and will automatically greet you if you appear in front of him and ask if you need help. Overall very good hotel, affordable, very suitable for family outings, you can't take it with Holiday Inn at this price, but definitely better than the public bathroom youth hostel
