地理位置不錯，旁邊就是淇河森林公園，很適合散步，離高鐵站和商場都很近。給的房間樓層合適，不臨街，面積很大，設施很新，隔音不錯，洗漱香波是梔子花味的超級棒。前台工作人員服務態度很好。不錯的一次入住體驗～

酒店環境乾淨整潔，每天贈送水果和小零食，每層樓都有免費的礦泉水，酒店對面就是沙灘，帶孩子遊玩很方便，早餐種類豐富，五一連續住了三晚，端午住了兩晚，早起起晚了沒趕上吃早餐還有暖心早餐，服務很棒，前台看我們帶着孩子還多送我們一張早餐券，下次再來鶴壁還要住中州。

第一次來鶴壁，酒店超預期，性價比超級高，服務生氣質好，禮貌周到，房間乾淨衞生，整體很舒心。早餐豐盛，帶了孩子來，免費送了一個早餐，孩子也很滿意。後續還會來鶴壁，第一選擇。

觀景套房應該是酒店最好的房間了，觀景效果無敵，空間也足夠大，兩家人入住非常合適，酒店服務也非常到位！
我們帶了兩衹小狗，雖然房間不允許進寵物，但是前台工作人員專門安排了辦公室臨時寄放狗狗，非常感謝！
綜合服務和體驗感都不錯。👍

這次的住宿我很滿意，
1，環境，來的時候有水果點心送到屋裡，衞生乾淨達標
2，餐飲也很滿意，晚上有免費的小麪可以無限吃省了去外面或者點外賣的費用
3，服務也周到，帶着孩子來，給小朋友了氣球，還有小童需要的用品也很到位，需要什麼喊一聲立馬就解決，

很不錯的酒店，房間設施齊全舒適，早餐也很豐盛。位置優越，路對面就是琪河公園，適合出去走走散步。酒店服務很温馨，每天都有歡迎水果和小吃，前台服務也很nice。

服務超好，超出預期，還提供水果零食，隔音情況：非常安靜，我平時睡覺很輕，但是在這裏完全聽不到樓道和隔壁的聲音，非常贊地理位置：離地鐵站很近很方便，酒店對面就是淇河，風景非常好，最後點贊一下前台，房間給升了級，服務態度很好，很貼心。
