Four Points by Sheraton Hefei,shushan

The service at this hotel was truly outstanding. Kinda provided incredibly attentive service and even brought complimentary fruit. The room was spotless, the location was excellent, and transportation links were very convenient. Overall, getting around Hefei is quite accessible. However, the hotel seems to have been operating for a while, and some of its facilities are showing their age. Also, with a high number of business guests, there was occasionally a noticeable smell of smoke.

The hotel boasts a superb location with extremely convenient access to transportation, making it incredibly easy for guests to get around. While the facilities are a little dated, the wonderfully warm and attentive staff more than make up for this. It offers excellent value for money, especially on weekends, and is highly recommended!

My stay at the Four Points by Sheraton Hefei Shushan truly exceeded all expectations! The lobby was grand and impressive, yet still felt very warm and inviting. Devin provided fantastic service, making the check-in process surprisingly quick and seamless. My room was incredibly quiet, as they thoughtfully assigned one facing the residential area. The bedding was so plush it felt like sinking into a cloud, ensuring a deep and restful sleep until morning.

When planning our summer trip to Hefei with my child, I was specifically looking for a hotel with a prime location and convenient transportation. I stumbled upon this one by chance. Honestly, I didn't have high expectations for the Four Points brand, but after checking in, I was pleasantly surprised by its excellent location. It's incredibly convenient for taking the subway to both the high-speed rail station and popular attractions. Even a post-dinner stroll around Swan Lake is just a short walk away. The pool isn't huge, but my child absolutely loved swimming there. I was also pleasantly surprised to discover that the gym offers Pilates facilities! If I get the chance to visit Hefei again, I'd definitely choose to stay here.

The hotel's location is absolutely superb – right outside a subway station with countless shopping malls and restaurants nearby, making it incredibly convenient for both business and leisure travel. Rena was wonderfully thoughtful and proactively upgraded our room. The room itself was spotless, and the soft, comfortable bedding instantly melted away my travel fatigue. Breakfast offered a fantastic variety and tasted great. The entire hotel staff was warm, attentive, and provided excellent service. I will definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip and have already recommended it to my friends!

I had a one-night stay here for a business trip, and the overall experience was a pleasant surprise. Check-in was quick, and Herbert at the front desk was very easygoing, which saved a lot of hassle for someone on a tight schedule. The room was clean and spacious, and the bed had just the right firmness – incredibly soothing to lie down on after a long day. There was no noise at night, so I slept very soundly. The biggest surprise was the hotel's in-house bar on the 5th floor. I stopped by after wrapping up work, and the atmosphere was quiet and peaceful. I ordered a drink to unwind, and it was incredibly comfortable – being able to relax without having to venture far is such a bonus for business travelers. The attention to detail was also impressive; toiletries were well-stocked, and there was plenty of hot water. Even for just one night, the experience far exceeded my expectations. It definitely deserves five stars, and I will choose this hotel again for my next business trip.
