I usually don't leave reviews, I understand everyone has their struggles, but this experience was absolutely disgusting. I paid 360 yuan for a terrible stay 🤮. First of all, the bathtub was filthy, not to mention there was hair in it. I washed it myself, and then it got clogged. I called the hotel, and they sent a middle-aged man to fix it. He spent 30 minutes on it, and while the drain wasn't clogged when I used it, water kept leaking. That wasn't all; I noticed the air conditioner had been on for an hour and still wasn't warm. I asked the staff, and they told me that national regulations prohibit them from providing heating starting in April, and that I should add a blanket if I was cold. I was speechless. And that wasn't all either. The next day, I booked another hotel, and when I asked the staff there if they didn't have heating and if they could give me an extra blanket, they told me they did. I was embarrassed. It was disgusting that they lied to me. I paid 360 yuan for a stay that was completely ignorant, and I actually believed they were told that national regulations prohibited heating in the summer.
