I stay in this hotel every time I go on a business trip. Parking and check-in are very convenient. The environment is beautiful, clean and tidy. It is a very good stay experience.

Objectively speaking, the hotel's facilities are quite good, offering high value for money. This room would easily be considered a suite in a Marriott property, but here it's just a standard room. However, I still strongly recommend choosing other hotels because the service makes staying here feel incredibly uncomfortable. Every staff member I encountered seemed to lack any smile, or even a hint of one; everyone had a poker face. I can only say they managed to 'avoid insulting or disrespecting guests,' but beyond necessary communication (like check-in), they literally ignored guests. For a specific example, when checking in, the front desk just gave me my room card and processed the pre-authorization. And then, nothing more. I was left wandering the lobby like an *****, trying to figure out where the elevators to the guest rooms were...

In addition to the poor air conditioning heating, the hotel is strategically located, convenient transportation and beautiful surroundings. The rooms are well-equipped, clean and tidy, and the beds are comfortable. The hotel is attentive, the staff is warm and friendly, and the service attitude is professional. Review: I had a disappointing experience during my recent stay at this hotel. Last year, the staff were excellent, but this year, I encountered issues. After staying for a few nights, I realized I had misplaced my bag. I approached the receptionist, a woman who had been working that night, to inquire if she had found anything on the chair or if I had left something behind. Instead of assisting me, she shouted in my face, repeatedly saying, “No, no, no, before I start talking to send her my problem.” This response was both unhelpful and unprofessional. Effective communication and assistance are crucial in hospitality, especially when guests are seeking help with lost items. Such behavior not only reflects poorly on the individual staff member but also on the hotel’s reputation as a whole. I hope the management addresses this issue to ensure future guests receive the courteous and helpful service they deserve.

The hotel environment is very good, the location is excellent, there is a shopping mall next to it, it is ten minutes away from MixC and Sports Center, the hotel supplies are also very good, Dyson hair dryer, the first floor lobby is Peet's Coffee ☕️ Next time I come to Hefei to play, I will continue to stay here, joy's service attitude is very good 👍

We booked this hotel specifically for Jacky Cheung's concert. It's a brand-new hotel, conveniently located near Zhengda Plaza, with a vibrant pedestrian street right at its doorstep. The moment we stepped into the room, everyone, from the elderly to the children, was full of praise! It was spotlessly clean, spacious, and had a wonderful ambiance. The room was fully equipped with all amenities, including a refrigerator, kitchen, washing machine, and microwave. The front desk staff were very friendly and attentive, and they even offered us a complimentary breakfast for one day. We'll definitely choose this hotel again next time we're in Hefei.

This was one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. Everything is of good quality. Their communication is exceptional! Everyone is super friendly, the breakfast lady is so cute and helpful! The food is delicious and varied and with a panoramic window! In the room, everytime I would lay down on the mattress and the pillows a choir of angels would sing in harmony with happiness 😍 so fluffy! So comfortable. Seriously one of the comfyest beds I've ever slept. I thought it was going to be far from swan lake and the pedestrian street, but there's another pedestrian street right outside the door with really yummy food! And the park nearby is even more beautiful! There's a hill to see the sunset! I completely recommend it. It's not close from a metro station so in terms of transportation it lacks a bit. But still completely worth the extra Didi for that room! :) note that when I arrived they put me in a room that was VERY noisy. There was a construction right outside the window. But then I complained and they exchanged me for my silent retreat of cozy sleep.

It is a newly opened hotel this year. The overall environment is very good. The decoration of the hotel is in a unified Southeast Asian style, which is very tasteful. The hotel room has an entire wall of floor-to-ceiling windows with excellent views. The hotel's breakfast is very rich. The variety of juices is the largest among any hotel I have ever stayed in. There are also a variety of freshly made snacks and pasta that are delicious. Breakfast is open until 12:30 noon, which is also the longest among the hotels I have stayed in. Those who can't get out of bed can just have lunch. The hotel is very close to Hefei South Railway Station, Luogang Park and Vientiane City, making it very convenient for travel, dining and entertainment. Overall very cost-effective, five-star recommendation!

Wonderful, friendly service! Crystal Orange never disappoints, but Hefei's friendly service was the cherry on the top. The staff were full of smiles, very respectful and also helped with our luggage. The amenities in the room were extensive and of good quality. This room just missed a full length mirror and some hooks to hang towels, but was otherwise perfect. Breakfast was good enough, and food deliveries came directly to the room via the robot. I am now staying at another nearby hotel that is an ”international brand” and I can say that Crystal Orange Hefei far exceeds it in quality, service and overall class. Well done to the staff at the Crystal Orange Hefei.
