Hotel is situated in an office-like building judging by the entrance, or it could be an apartment, i'm not sure. Only 1 lift out of 6 serves the hotel. The room was really nice, especially the bathroom. The only minor issue i had in the room is the cleaning staff left a few sticky streaks on the floor mid-way through my stay. Washing machines and dryers were very useful, though the provided iron is too small and the ironing board legs were broken. The carpark entrance malfunctions often as it fails to detect cars exiting, many drivers resort to honking in the hope that a staff member nearby will open the gate. However, it’s unclear whether there is anyone assigned to manage this as i did not see any booth or place for carpark staff.

My experience is good for the hotel facilities.Breakfast is good and plenty of variety. One of the reasons I choose this hotel is that they have bus which bring us to the airport.When one asks about the airport bus location,the receptionist never give us clear reply.They only say in the front door ,but in fact the stop is at the entrance of the hotel not the main door.the bus will not come in the hotel and only stop outside.The hotel can always do better to help the visitors.

Parking in the hotel is very convenient, and the front desk is very considerate. When I saw there were children, I even moved to a quiet location. The breakfast buffet has all kinds of dishes. It was a great stay👍

Stayed here for a wedding in Hefei. Modern facilities, good amenities - took advantage of breakfast. They allowed a very early check in (like at 8am). Room was spacious, water pressure was strong. Biggest issue was a pronounced tobacco / smoke smell in our non-smoking room our first night. We didn't turn on the heat / air the next night and the smell was much improved. Little to no English ability among front desk, just FYI.

This Atour hotel, conveniently located near Hefei South Railway Station, is excellent and offers a shuttle service. Immediately after booking, I received a call from Yi Yi at the front desk, asking if I needed the pick-up service. Given the continuous rain in Hefei lately, Yi Yi knew my arrival time and proactively met me at the hotel entrance with an umbrella – an incredibly thoughtful gesture! The security staff were also very helpful with my bags. The facilities are great and well-appointed. Yi Yi's service was outstanding; she even recommended excellent places to eat and fun activities nearby. Next time I'm in Hefei, I'll definitely choose Atour Hefei South Station again. Oh, and they even offered complimentary crayfish – a lovely touch! Plus, there's a piano available for guests to play.

Self-driving friendly hotel, large parking lot, convenient and free. The decoration style that young people like is quite quiet, although it is on the business floor. Check-in is very convenient, there is no physical room card, just brush your face. The decoration of the room is good, there is Xiaoai smart stereo control curtains, lights, and projection, and mobile phones can also cast screens. The mattress and pillows are comfortable and well received. The hotel is situated 5 minutes' walk from Hefei Grand Theatre and 5 minutes from Wanda City. There is a lot of food around, takeaways can be ordered, and you can also deliver them to the door. It is super convenient to drive to the Provincial Museum in 7-10 minutes.

On this trip with friends, choosing this hotel was absolutely spot on! It truly deserves a five-star rating. The front desk service was a major highlight. Check-in was incredibly efficient, and the staff were exceptionally warm and welcoming. They even proactively offered recommendations for local attractions. Upon learning my friends and I were looking for a place to unwind in the evening, they immediately recommended the hotel's own bar, suggesting its ambiance was perfect for a relaxed drink with friends. They even thoughtfully highlighted the bar's signature cocktails. We hadn't expected much, but it turned out to be a fantastic discovery – the atmosphere was relaxed yet stylish. This stellar recommendation from the front desk truly added an unexpected, delightful surprise to our trip. Our room experience was equally impressive. The room was spacious, bright, and spotlessly clean. The bedding was so comfortable, I never wanted to leave it. The bathroom's wet and dry separation was perfectly designed. What truly stood out were the thoughtful details, like the complimentary welcome fruit upon arrival. It was lovely sharing it and chatting with my friends. Each time we returned, our room had been tidied up perfectly. The housekeeping staff were incredibly attentive! All in all, this was a perfect stay. Herbert's thoughtful recommendations at the front desk and the comfortable details in our room made both my friends and me feel incredibly pleased and well-cared for. We'll definitely choose this hotel again on our next visit!

This was a spontaneous trip, but the stay was incredibly satisfying. I don't travel much, but when I decided to go, I compared many hotels and read countless reviews before finally choosing Manbu Yunjing. Among four-star hotels, its price isn't the highest, but the experience was truly satisfying, almost touching. I used to think 'you get what you pay for,' but this hotel showed me something different. Every staff member works towards providing guests with an excellent experience. The lobby is beautifully decorated and atmospheric, with many unique handicrafts and trinkets, diverging from traditional hotel designs and offering a fresh feel. From the garage entrance, there are clear signs, and the elevators are filled with thoughtful reminders. The rooms are spacious, and the beds are a generous 2 meters. The amenity kit includes not only the usual items but also lotion and single-use laundry detergent, showing great attention to detail. I stayed on the fifth floor, where the laundry room is also located. While not huge, it's very tidy. For the price point, the breakfast is also excellent, offering everything you'd expect. Considering its location in Hefei, all of the hotel's amenities and services are well worth the price. I truly believe the owner has perfected both service and value-added experiences.

I have looked for many hotels but none of them can accommodate young babies, so I booked a 2.7-meter bed this time. It is very spacious and the baby sleeps very safely. What I am most satisfied with this time is the service quality. There is exclusive service and the responses are very fast. It is very convenient to check in and travel. I will often go to Hefei in the future. I will stay here again for the service. I didn't have time to take pictures with my baby, so I took a picture of the night view on the night I first arrived.
