Hotel is clean and outside have tram 22 direct to old town just 8 mins. On walk from Train station need 15 mins, which need to take the west side of train station not from the way on train station main door!
Because the reception told me the payment can by cash, so I paid cash, but when I check my credit card, it was already transfer payment by trip.com!

Favorite hotel we stayed at so far during our trip all over Germany. Staff was very nice and went out if there way to help us around. Let us keep our baggage behind the desk after we checked out so we could walk around the town and castle before getting a train for the night.

30 mins walk from the old city but otherwise very nice: room was spatious, bathroom very good, clean, comfy bed, wifi was great. All in all - a very good hotel. Breakfast was also pretty OK.

The accommodation experience is average. The main reason is that the road at the entrance is under construction, and the road at the entrance is blocked. It is impossible to walk (in fact, this needs to be explained or refunded in advance). It takes 10-15 minutes to walk from the train station, and the road is not very convenient. Walk.

Luggage storage before check-in worked great and very courteous gentleman at the reception area. Telephone availability previously generated band, very ugly. Check-in itself was unfortunately rather sobering due to the change in staff. Also, immediately after check-in, a pushy bartender who wanted to mix cocktails for me. Unfortunately, that didn't go away when I went out to smoke and had to go through the "lobby". Hotel room unfortunately the stockiest of all, despite the most expensive costs on my trip. Huge TV, nice bed, great duvet, air conditioning, design equipment... but unfortunately completely impractical, so that there was not only space to unpack my suitcase and cosmetics in the bathroom. No, unfortunately the desk was so close to the bed that there were bruises when walking around. Big plus seen too late though. Kettle with instant coffee, milk and sugar/tea was available in the room.
