Rooms were not completely clean. Otherwise a nice self-service hotel. With convenient connections to the supermarkets and bus stops to Heidelberg city center.

The check-in process was very interesting as you have to register your own key card yourself. The hotel was very clean overall and the receptionist was friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay. The room was modern and well equipped and the bathroom also made a great impression. Overall a very pleasant stay - I would come back anytime!

Overall, the Acora Heidelberg is highly recommended! You just have to know what to expect. This hotel is very anonymous, as there is only a digital check-in. I didn't come into contact with any staff once in my four-day stay. But it wasn't necessary, as everything worked perfectly digitally. I had the simplest room category. The furnishings here were definitely a lot less lovely than in the photos shown on the Internet. But it was a purely functional stay in Heidelberg and the hotel is really good for that (and much cheaper than other hotels). The room and bathroom were clean, everything was perfect. The location is also very quiet, which is nice. You should note that you are quite far away from the old town and the sights. A car is definitely recommended! There is a huge Rewe (with bistro), dm and Aldi right down the street. In terms of shopping, you are well catered for! I would come back!
