一次非常滿意的入住體驗。上午剛到酒店就受到酒店門口女服務員的熱情接待，禮貌用語，幫提行李，在前台受到接待員的熱情服務，給我們提出了很好的旅遊諮詢服務，幫助我們節省了一天的行程費用，同時還免費幫助由負一層升級到二樓客房，還免費提供了早餐券，真是給了一個驚喜！後來還了解到當時接待我們的是該酒店的老闆兒子，言談舉止得體，服務熱情周到。同時還注意到酒店每一個服務員都很禮貌熱情，特別是早餐非常豐富，品種齊全，師傅熱情介紹餐品，是一次非常滿意的旅遊體驗。掛的是三星實際超過四星的水平！給一個大大的贊！

酒店位置不錯，距離巴音布魯克景區大門不遠，附近還有加油站。酒店衞生做得很好，前台和房間服務人員都很熱情。特別是前台小帥哥小羽，在得知我們帶着長者孩子後，貼心地為我們升級了房間，還安排了對門。還周到地發來旅行和早餐提醒，讓人更感到酒店的温度。
