Convenient location, just 200 m from the border gate building, with plenty of small restaurants in the neighbourhood, and a 5 minute walk to a nice riverside cafe.
The room was elegant and spotless, almost deserving the "Marriott" name ;-).
Check-in was friendly and fast.

The hotel is very clean and the front desk is very welcoming. The location is also very good, very close to the surrounding attractions. Customs is just a few hundred meters behind. China Vietnam Street is just a few hundred meters away.

It's very close to the port, and everything else is just okay. When you use the wash basin, please be careful, it's probably a design issue, the water will splash out, just at the crotch area, to avoid embarrassment.
