2Ndhomes Deluxe Kamppi Center Apartment with Sauna & Balcony

Since I arrived outside of check-in hours, there was no explanation of how to use the room or the entrance to the building, so it was difficult to find the entrance. The wifi password also came with a sauna, but there was no basic guidance such as explanations of sauna switches and settings. Even when I contacted them, I had to wait until the office was open for a reply. I left my keys in my room when I went out, so when I called the emergency number, I was told to wait until the office opened in four hours. There was no point in having an emergency contact number, and even though it was my departure day and I had a flight reservation, the call was unilaterally cut off. I called twice after that, but the call went to voicemail. All I can say is that this was a terrible response. Although this has been communicated to the office staff and they have apologized, I cannot recommend staying here.
