Kunlun Hotel (Hengshui Zhongxin Street)

I was on a business trip in Hengshui recently and chose to stay at Kunlun Hotel (Hengshui Center Street Branch). I was deeply impressed by this accommodation experience. This hotel is very close to the train station, just walk there, it's a building. Facilities: New, very atmospheric, I think the soundproofing is average. Hygiene: OK, clean. Breakfast: I value it. The breakfast is okay, with boiled noodles and local snacks. Service: I didn’t feel there was any service, just normal service.

Kunlun is considered a long-established hotel in Hengshui City. Haven't been back for a long time. I came back to visit relatives during this vacation and chose Kunlun. Just because it is a well-established hotel, it must have passed the test over the years. But after checking in, I was very disappointed. First of all, check-in. Because I forgot to bring my ID, Kunlun's front desk equipment requires 5 yuan to check in. Nowadays, almost all hotels can enter information without ID... You can check in with an electronic ID or ID number by swiping your face... The point is, the receptionist told you that the 5 yuan can be refunded. He didn't give up until the end. Of course, every hotel has rules. I won’t worry about not bringing my ID for my own reasons. I just hope that the hotel can update the input equipment. Here comes the point. As a long-established high-end hotel in Hengshui, the sanitary conditions in the rooms are very disappointing. Although I don’t use a bathtub, or I only use the bathtub when I buy a bathtub film. But as the facilities in the room, it is obligatory to clean them. Foreign objects, unknown blood stains... are really disgusting. It really affects your consumption mood and travel mood!

It feels so bad! First of all, we made a reservation at Kunlun Hall for dinner. 13 people ordered more than 2,000 dishes. Each person couldn't bite the abalone, and neither the elderly nor the children could eat it. For the first time in my life, I "enjoyed" eating by paying for chopsticks in a restaurant. A child accidentally dropped his chopsticks while eating, and one of them broke. When paying the bill, he was asked to pay 5 yuan. When he was drinking, he broke a cup, which cost him 15 yuan. There was too little sugar in the roast duck ingredients, so I asked the waiter to add a small spoonful of sugar, which cost an extra 5 yuan. See attached picture for details. Secondly, the accommodation cost more than 1,600 yuan. When I checked out, I was told that I had to pay 20 yuan for a small square towel that was soiled when I washed my face and wiped my hands. I asked for compensation and clearly stated the reason for the compensation: "The guest washed his face and soiled it." "Towel", the front desk refused to write it. Finally, I asked the waiter to wash it in water to see if it was clean. The waiter washed it and informed the front desk that there was no need to pay for it, which saved me 200 cents.

The location is convenient and there are plenty of parking spaces; however, the hardware facilities in the room are old and obviously need to be improved. The hygiene of the bathroom and the carpet is really not good enough! The service attitude at the front desk is good. There are many varieties of breakfast and the quality is acceptable. The buffet dinner is cost-effective, especially the quality of the order in the private room on the third floor.
