Extremely pleased with this hotel! The check-in process was efficient and quick. The front desk staff were all smiles, and our butler, An Yu, was particularly welcoming. He proactively greeted us, thoroughly explained the hotel's facilities and dining hours, and even sent thoughtful reminders for meal times. The hotel's decor is a beautiful New Chinese style, creating a very cozy and inviting atmosphere. Watching the city lights at night from our room was incredibly relaxing. Cleanliness was impeccable. The mattress had the perfect firmness, ensuring a wonderfully restful night's sleep. The facilities are top-notch: the shower had excellent, stable water pressure, and the hot water was instant – perfect for washing away the day's fatigue. Both breakfast and the late-night snack were abundant and delicious. I especially recommend the freshly prepared rice noodles and fresh fruit, which truly recharged us for our day's activities. The location is also incredibly convenient. Overall, it was a nearly perfect stay. From the amenities to the soft services, everything exceeded my expectations. The value for money is exceptional; it's absolutely worth every penny. Next time I visit this city, I will definitely choose this hotel again and will wholeheartedly recommend it to friends and family!

From the moment we arrived, Butler Muyu offered a warm welcome, swiftly guiding us through check-in and personally escorting us to our room. The front desk service was equally warm and attentive, making the check-in process efficient, complete with complimentary tea and, notably, no deposit required. The hotel's elegant Neo-Chinese design is a photographer's dream. Its convenient location, coupled with ample parking, meant no stress about finding a spot. Moreover, the surrounding area is brimming with diverse dining options, so you're spoilt for choice. Our room was fully equipped with modern amenities like an air purifier and a smart toilet. Hot water was instantly available, and the cleanliness, down to the smallest detail, was impeccable. The soft, skin-friendly bedding ensured a wonderfully restful night's sleep. Complimentary morning tea and late-night snacks were a delightful bonus. The Hengyang rice noodles at breakfast were unbelievably delicious, and many dishes were freshly prepared right before our eyes. The lovely souvenir upon check-out was another pleasant surprise. This hotel truly shines in both its exceptional service and outstanding value for money. I wholeheartedly recommend it!

The bathroom's wet-dry separation was excellent. For breakfast, I finally got to try their Hengyang rice noodles and warm tofu, both of which were delicious. The complimentary afternoon tea before heading out for my high-speed train was a thoughtful touch. Plus, the personalized butler service meant I could directly contact them with any questions or issues.

The toothbrush provided was easily the best I've used in a hotel recently, even better than those found in many five-star hotels. And they even offered S.K.S brand toothpaste! The overall experience was excellent, from its thoughtful design and smart features to the attentive butler service. Breakfast was also great, featuring local specialties. The butler service was prompt and incredibly thoughtful. Highly recommended for families, friends, and couples alike.

A fantastic stay! We arrived quite late, but as soon as we stepped in, Miss Zhiyi greeted us with iced tea, which was an instant pick-me-up. The room design was very thoughtful; right outside the shower, there's a luggage rack and a wardrobe, which was really convenient for changing clothes. The bedding and bed were incredibly comfortable, and the kids loved the sofa, commenting on how soft it was. We hadn't had dinner yet, and to our surprise, they offered complimentary supper around 9 PM, including delicious fish vermicelli! Miss Zhiyi even gave the kids hair clips, which absolutely delighted them! Breakfast the next morning was equally impressive and varied. It's quite rare to find steak, chicken cutlets, and even Tom Yum soup at a breakfast buffet! The congee was freshly prepared, and everything tasted quite good. Upon checkout, we even received a thoughtful souvenir: a sachet from the Nanyue Great Temple. When one of our children accidentally scratched themselves and started bleeding, the front desk attendant immediately offered povidone-iodine swabs for disinfection – truly attentive service. Absolutely deserves a five-star rating!
