Hengyang Yijian Junya Hotel

I rarely write reviews, but this hotel truly surprised me in the best way. First, the design aesthetic is exceptional. The lobby, restaurant, and even the elevator areas all boast a unique and distinctive character. What truly stood out, however, was its incredible child-friendliness. I was genuinely surprised to find a dedicated children's sink in the family room – a detail I hadn't encountered even after booking family rooms at Hilton and Marriott properties during my trip from Xi'an. This Hengyang hotel clearly surpasses them in its thoughtful attention to children's needs, showcasing a designer's genuine understanding of family life. Last but not least, the staff were wonderfully warm and attentive. All in all, it was an absolutely fantastic travel experience.

Extremely pleased with this hotel! The check-in process was efficient and quick. The front desk staff were all smiles, and our butler, An Yu, was particularly welcoming. He proactively greeted us, thoroughly explained the hotel's facilities and dining hours, and even sent thoughtful reminders for meal times. The hotel's decor is a beautiful New Chinese style, creating a very cozy and inviting atmosphere. Watching the city lights at night from our room was incredibly relaxing. Cleanliness was impeccable. The mattress had the perfect firmness, ensuring a wonderfully restful night's sleep. The facilities are top-notch: the shower had excellent, stable water pressure, and the hot water was instant – perfect for washing away the day's fatigue. Both breakfast and the late-night snack were abundant and delicious. I especially recommend the freshly prepared rice noodles and fresh fruit, which truly recharged us for our day's activities. The location is also incredibly convenient. Overall, it was a nearly perfect stay. From the amenities to the soft services, everything exceeded my expectations. The value for money is exceptional; it's absolutely worth every penny. Next time I visit this city, I will definitely choose this hotel again and will wholeheartedly recommend it to friends and family!

A special thank you goes to Ms. Zhiyi, who was incredibly thoughtful, always ready to answer any questions, and went above and beyond to fulfill our requests. She truly exemplified the perfect blend of professionalism and warmth expected of an outstanding hotel host. The hotel is reasonably priced, boasts excellent facilities, and its location is incredibly convenient. Our overall experience was thoroughly enjoyable. We highly recommend this hotel as a top-notch choice for accommodation!

The bathroom's wet-dry separation was excellent. For breakfast, I finally got to try their Hengyang rice noodles and warm tofu, both of which were delicious. The complimentary afternoon tea before heading out for my high-speed train was a thoughtful touch. Plus, the personalized butler service meant I could directly contact them with any questions or issues.

Initially, the hotel looked quite good. However, once I got to the underground parking garage, the hotel's signage wasn't very clear. The parking lot seemed to be shared and was incredibly dusty, which didn't quite match the hotel's otherwise impressive exterior. The front desk service, though, was excellent, and I was very satisfied with it. On the downside, the air freshener in the hotel corridors had a strange and unpleasant smell; I'd suggest changing it. As for breakfast, I was disappointed that by 9 AM, the Hengyang Lu Fen was already gone. Isn't Lu Fen a local specialty here? I hope they can provide more of it.

A fantastic stay! We arrived quite late, but as soon as we stepped in, Miss Zhiyi greeted us with iced tea, which was an instant pick-me-up. The room design was very thoughtful; right outside the shower, there's a luggage rack and a wardrobe, which was really convenient for changing clothes. The bedding and bed were incredibly comfortable, and the kids loved the sofa, commenting on how soft it was. We hadn't had dinner yet, and to our surprise, they offered complimentary supper around 9 PM, including delicious fish vermicelli! Miss Zhiyi even gave the kids hair clips, which absolutely delighted them! Breakfast the next morning was equally impressive and varied. It's quite rare to find steak, chicken cutlets, and even Tom Yum soup at a breakfast buffet! The congee was freshly prepared, and everything tasted quite good. Upon checkout, we even received a thoughtful souvenir: a sachet from the Nanyue Great Temple. When one of our children accidentally scratched themselves and started bleeding, the front desk attendant immediately offered povidone-iodine swabs for disinfection – truly attentive service. Absolutely deserves a five-star rating!
