1. 衞生狀況令人擔憂。 房間內灰塵很多，地毯上有明顯污漬，浴室角落有黴斑，整體清潔度非常不達標。
2. 基本清潔工作嚴重缺失。 床單上有毛髮和不明污漬，毛巾有異味，漱口杯也未徹底清潔消毒，讓人無法安心使用。
3. 設施維護不善，影響入住體驗。 房間內有蚊蟲出沒，空調噪音很大且伴有異味，隔音效果極差，嚴重影響休息。
4. 與宣傳圖片嚴重不符。 實際入住的房間陳舊、骯臟，與網站上展示的乾淨整潔的形象有天壤之別，存在誤導消費者的嫌疑。

從來沒有住過這麼離譜的酒店，我是晚上10點的時候入住的，入住1個小時之後發現空調效果不行，11點的時候給前台打電話讓來看看，看過之後告訴我幫我修，我隨口問了一句能不能換房間，工作人員直接答覆我不行。
修完空調晚上11點半了，然後告訴我要是1個小時之後空調效果還是不好就換房間，我請問嘞，一個小時之後已經到12點半了，再換個房間保守要半個小時吧，就到1點了。
就這個服務態度，也是讓人歎為觀止了。設施也不行，沙發也是破的，用針縫起來的。

衞生兩星都不想給，因為我一天之內在房間裏發現兩衹蟑螂。還是帶翅膀會飛的，我在廣東都沒見過那麼大的！
牀頭櫃旁邊的角落估計是酒店建成到現在都沒有打掃過。
服務？沒有服務可言，每個服務人員都像沒領到工資一樣拉着臉。早餐餐廳的煮粉大姐像看自家寶貝一樣不讓客人打漁粉湯裏的肉？？
總之是不會再次入住。
