Booked this hotel as it says they have speed train transport. We arrived very late at night and need to leave at 5:30am as our train is at 6am. When we enquired about the transport, they said they dont have it

Staff are good, room is great for the price and the hotel is close to the G Train station. Restaurant on the lobby floor is incredible. The cheapest room is massive and perfect enough for a family let alone me on my own.

酒店總體來説還ok，環境很好，一進入眼簾就是給人非常舒服的感覺，辦理入住的歐陽熱情周到，服務非常友好，房間設施齊全，酒店地理位置很好停車方便，下次還會選擇這家酒店的！

就這樣直接早上9點多刷卡進入打掃房間，要不是因為套房有單獨的房門鎖，那直接就是被看光在床上，酒店方還沒有任何作為，且認為這個事情不嚴重，完全沒有把客人放心上，出現這樣的問題沒有人能接受。並且在投訴後，依舊沒有打招呼就刷卡把門打開，完全沒有私隱性，直接侵犯人的私隱。兩次這樣的行為真的讓人無法理解這個酒店是怎麼做的，經理還是嬉皮笑臉覺得好像差她一百塊錢怎麼樣的，沒有一個認錯的態度🙂給到的補償方案是在飯點後請吃晚飯，以及送原本就該送我們去機場的權益，沒有一點補償的意思。態度也非常垃圾
