it was priced just right, it was close to the universities and easy to get there and around Rochester. I recommend your next stay here.

Old accommodations. Cafeteria type restaurant. Good good. Bar only open Thursday thru Saturday. Out of the way. Winter and only a thin blanket on bed. Ugh.
On the plus side, Personnel were friendly and helpful. Clean .

Too cold. Water took about a hour to get 3 inches of water in bathtub. Couldn’t take a shower water only drip. I have been in a lot of hotels with no problem. Don’t understand how can college kids live there. The blanket is wrinkled and smell mushy. It the worst I ever been in. Gross

This was really a freshman dorm, including meal service cafeteria and loud banging and carrying on over my head from midnight until 2 am. Got little sleep. Rather than stay three nights, I got out as soon as I could.

Faucets in the tub came away from the wall when trying to use them; bathroom sink dripped. Full beds (small), and metal so they were noisy. Small tv. Definitely needs to be updated.

I have been traveling for the past 11+ years and you only remember a handful of places that you stay at, that was exactly what you needed in a place to stay. Very clean, welcoming and I kind of wish I knew when I would be back here next, and sooner then this time next year.
