總體來説，優點是——位置不錯，面積大，採光好，通風好，窗外是和平河，風景好。不足之處是——走廊和房間內都是一股煙味，設施比較落後，裝修比較舊，衞生間牆和衞生間門板比較破爛，住的兩天時間除了垃圾桶的袋換了，床沒重新整理，房間和衞生間也沒打掃衞生，2樓是KTV，唱歌的聲音晚上睡覺能夠清晰聽到，小孩睡夢中很容易被吵醒，半夜被吵醒聽到KTV麥克風聲音會被驚嚇得泣不成聲，總體來説比較適合中老年人入住，不建議喜歡安靜的大人或帶小孩的大人入住。

酒店在一條小河邊上，樓下就可以吃飯、K歌，還能免費停車，由於樓下KTV隔音問題，在放迪斯科音樂時，震撼人心的迪斯科音樂直沖耳膜，衹能換房，但是入住當天，不是沒有就是更加吵的，稍微好點的就是抽風管旁邊806，該房的窗簾掉下來了一半，空調被一層厚厚的灰塵覆蓋，門口燈也壞了，由於太晚了，就對付住一晚，八號中午，在攜程續房後，和前台客服反映，該客服説那你換816吧，我説，昨晚我是從710換到806的，你換816那不是離KTV更近更吵嗎？不用換了，你用筆記一下，叫人修一下房間裏面的東西，不料該客服勃然大怒，拍着桌子説，給你換房你又不要，你把我們當成垃圾嗎？我説，你這樣説就不對了，你把你們的負責人叫來處理一下吧，該客服不肯叫，説你喜歡怎樣投訴你自己去投訴吧，在我一再要求，該客服撥打了一個電話，讓我和説，也不知道這個電話是不是真的負責人電話，當還是把事情和電話裏的所謂負責人説了，希望該酒店能注重服務員的培訓教育，放一個毫無服務意識的人在前台，無疑就是惡狗酒酸。
