Great location for people using the ferry to get around and very close to good local restaurants and sites including archeological museum

The Hotel itself is clean and convenient located nearby the Heraklion Harbour and city center. Note that you need to check in at the lato Hotel across the street. The annex lato is a separate building.

I had a lovely 2 days stay here! The staff was helpful and friendly, room service was excellent too! This was the nicest hotel for a great price! I chose the budget room and will come back again! Also, I really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast! Cheers!

The hotel is not bad, the hardware facilities are at the level of 3.5 stars to 4 stars, basically comparable to the domestic all seasons.
The hotel is in a good location, very close to the port, 10 minutes walk away. It is also close to the bus station, about 3 minutes walk, and you can take bus No. 02 directly to the Minoan Palace.
The front desk service is very good. Our last day was a morning flight and we needed to leave before 7 o'clock (the hotel provides breakfast from 7 o'clock). We told the front desk one day in advance, and they prepared a packed breakfast for us the next morning and called a taxi for us.

This company operates two hotels. The location is good, but there is no parking lot. The cleanliness is acceptable, and the rooms are not large, but they are not bad for use. The lounge on the 7th floor overlooks the beach and the fortress area and the port.
