Water leaking from the ceiling. No coffee maker or glasses for drinking water. Bathroom was dirty. Freezer in the room was also dirty.
Wifi worked great. Staff very nice but did not speak English.

Room was out dated……no hot water in the shower. Beautiful rain forest surroundings…..saw a few Hummingbirds…..heard loud sounds from monkeys deep in the forest. Enjoyed watching the local people at the pool area. Very friendly local guests next door to us….they shared their breakfast.

Everything about this hotel was great, except for a broken shower-heat heater. The water here is much colder than other Latin American hotels, so this resulted in truly icy showers.

The grounds are very green and spacious, with wildlife. Safe parking. Very friendly and helpful staff.

The room we were allocated had no hot water and when the receptionist wanted to change us we ended up in a room where there were lots of dead insects (cockroaches, caterpillars, worms) under and on the beds ! Immediate return to the room without hot water whose walls were disgusting. Additionally, the room was full of mosquitoes.
The hotel offers a laundry service but the receptionist never gave us the prices. When paying, she wanted to charge us 15 dollars per machine.
Hotel too expensive for the service provided. I recommend working on the cleanliness of the premises and customer relations.
