Park Inn by Radisson Hasselt

When booked in advance prices are reasonable for the experience. Rooms are clean and staff is friendly.

Unfortunately despite being part of the Radisson Group, this is hotel is far beyond their minimum standard. The Towels were filthy, the amenities were hold and rusty and most important we had serious problems at check-in, to the point that my same room was assigned to the person beyond me at check-in and he just walked into my room in the middle of the night after we both arrived. As a woman I felf very unsafe and I had a terrible night for this

This hotel is great value for money. Located in the heart of Hasselt, offers simple but comfortable rooms with a view, coffee in the room, and an opulent breakfast in the Radisson hotel next door. Staff was super friendly and accommodating.

I have stayed in the hotel several times over the last 7 years and was always able to iron my clothes. Today, having arrived late, I am told that the hotel ‘no longer need to provide an iron’ to keep their 3* status. I was then offered an alleged ironing service from the Radisson next door, sadly this was completely fictitious. Their breakfast is also not served here, it is next door at the Radisson. So basically this isn’t a hotel, it’s a separate set of cheap rooms lacking basic facilities. If you don’t need to iron and are happy to walk to another hotel for breakfast, it’s fine.
