just awkward, I couldn't enter in the room, it was the worst situation in a hotel in my life, and i'm traveling for business for more than 200 days/year, in 4 continents. Even if it is written that it would have beeen an online check-in I couldn' expect that they would have asked me to print their registration form, fill it and sign it, then scan it and send it back to them by email, beside asking me to send them all details of my credit card, still by email, which i don't think it's safe. At that time of the night I could't find another location to stay, and i had to sleep in my car, making also my family at home very worried for my safety, which is the worst part of what happened

Unable to allow cancellation or partial refund

I thought this was such a great find, until I was hit with hidden charges on the day of my arrival and also “threatened” with no access, until I paid the extra money and also provided photo ID via my licence, as well as a selfie. The risk of losing my no-refundable paid accommodation, because I was not happy about paying the extra demanded fees. I paid up but it left a really sour taste with me. The unit itself is great. Comfortable and clean and easy to navigate to make a space for yourself. Be prepared for the significant hidden costs, and it’ll be great, but I won’t be staying again.

No dryer as stated in description One pillow per person Only two dinner plates for 3 people in our case (our accommodation is for four people) No hand towels Rusted dish rack. (Not enough dishes to use dishwasher) Kitchen plug did not hold water Bottom sheet on king bed had a fresh stain (not from us) Oven tray too big for oven No spare blanket in 2nd bedroom No drawers for clothes or cubbyholes for clothes Seating not adequate for 3 adults and not comfortable. Outside not particularly enticing for a “luxury”apartment Very frustrating “book in” process given I don’t have a credit card, was on the road the day before on my own and with a phone only.

Photos of property are completely different to reality. Unfinished, paint, and marks, dents in the walls. Looked way better in photos online.

Worth the effort. I spent a lot of time on the computer and telephone authorising payments and waiting for check in details as things didn’t run smoothly for me. Once everything was completed andnthings got sorted out, everything ran well. Simple instructions to get into the accommodation and a great little apartment with a great vibe.
