The hotel is currently undergoing renovation, which affects the overall experience. However, the location is excellent, making it very convenient for exploring the area. The decor is simple and functional, without any unnecessary frills. The breakfast was satisfactory and adequate for a good start to the day. On the downside, I found the price to be a bit too high for what is offered. One positive aspect is that parking is available on-site, which is very convenient. Overall, a decent option if you prioritize location and parking, but there is room for improvement in terms of value and ambiance.

Wir waren jetzt zum dritten Mal Gäste hier und sicher nicht das letzte Mal. Die Lage ist unschlagbar,besonders hervorzuheben ist die herzliche,aber dennoch professionelle Art der Mitarbeiter, Hilsbereitschaft wird hier groß geschrieben.

Das Seespitz Gästehaus ist auf jeden Fall weiterzuempfehlen! Unser Aufenthalt war richtig schön. Die Unterkunft ist direkt am See. Wir waren im Deluxe Doppelzimmer untergebracht. Sehr schöne, räumlich mit einer Wand und Durchgangstüre abgetrennte Zimmer. Der Balkon ist mit Seeblick. Es ist direkt an der Seepromenade gelegen, sodass alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar war (Fährenanlegestelle, Eisdiele, Restaurants, Bars, Fischbrötchenverkauf, Biergarten usw.). Wunderschöne Sonnenuntergänge! Wir waren 4 Personen und für 3 Übernachtungen im Juni dort. Sehr nettes Personal, vor allem an der Rezeption. Super Parkmöglichkeit in der Tiefgarage direkt am Haus (10 Euro/Nacht, aber das war es wert). Der einzige Verbesserungsvorschlag: Für jede Person ein Trinkglas (waren nur 2 im Zimmer verfügbar) und nach Gebrauch gegen frische Gläser austauschen.

Ein wunderbares Gästehaus mit traumhaftem Ausblick auf den See und der Strand direkt vor dem Hotel .Sogar einen SUP Verleih gibt es !Direkt daneben ein schönes Restaurant . Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet sogar mit Gästekühlschrank und jedes Zimmer hat ein Balkon mit Seesicht ,die Betten wunderbar bequem und das Personal sehr freundlich wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Hatten das Appartement. 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder. Der Ausblick vom Balkon ist einfach überragend schön. Die Atmosphäre ist super. Man fühlt sich sehr wohl und frei. Eine Mischung aus Hotel und Ferienwohnung. Die VertrauensBar in der Lobby ist sehr gut bestückt. So lässt sich der Abend gemütlich beim Kartenspielen ausklingen. Lage und Zugang von der Promenade aus ist sehr gut. Es war schön unser zweiter Aufenthalt und bestimmt nicht der letzte 😄

Sensationelle Lage direkt am See mit eigenem Balkon. Alles sehr sauber und ausgezeichnetes Frühstück. Leider waren wir nur auf der Durchreise, hier hätten wir gerne mehr Zeit verbracht. Ich kann den "Seespitz" und das gleichnamige Restaurant nur sehr empfehlen.
