One of my German clients stayed at Wanda Realm Heshan and insisted that I help forward his five-star review to the hotel. Here is his review: ”Die Übernachtung im Wanda Realm Heshan war fantastisch! Das Hotel ist modern, sauber und mit liebevollen Details eingerichtet. Das Personal war extrem freundlich, hilfsbereit und sprach hervorragend Englisch – meine Fragen wurden immer umgehend beantwortet. Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig mit internationalen und lokalen Speisen, alles frisch und lecker. Das Zimmer war geräumig, das Bett sehr bequem und die Aussicht toll. Eine tolle Wahl für Geschäftsreisen oder Urlaub – ich empfehle es wärmstens weiter!”

I've chosen this hotel many times on business trips because of its great environment, but this time, something really upset and infuriated me. After breakfast, I was in my room for a meeting that morning. Around 11:50, the front desk called and said if I didn't leave, I'd be charged 20 yuan for every extra hour. I asked if I had to leave before 12:00, and they said yes. Only 10 minutes to pack—is that typical of service professionals? Afterward, the hotel manager apologized, quite sincerely, and said I shouldn't book through the platform anymore. I could book the same room through the mini-program and get a later checkout. I didn't understand, but I had to respect it. After all, that's the policy.

The room was spacious, parking was convenient, and transportation was easy. It was quite clean. The room price was very reasonable, offering great value for money, and I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends.

Hotel location is very good, the neighborhood is very lively and convenient, there is Madonna around the corner. Room facilities are very new, very easy to use, there will be no cheap feeling. . The mattress is very comfortable. Karaoke downstairs is a bit noisy, and the hotel provides earplugs intimately.

My best friend and I visited Heshan and chose to stay at the Baili Hotel, and the experience exceeded our expectations. I must say, this hotel is highly recommended. First, the hotel offers free parking, which was incredibly convenient for us as we were traveling by car. No need to worry about finding a parking space or pay extra parking fees, making our trip much easier and more enjoyable. Second, the hotel rooms are very spacious. The room's openness made us feel exceptionally comfortable from the moment we entered, without any sense of confinement. We could move around freely in the room, and setting up our luggage was also very convenient. The room's decor was also very warm and inviting; every detail showed the hotel's attention to detail, making us feel right at home. Whether resting, chatting, or simply relaxing, the large room provided an excellent place for us. In short, the Baili Hotel, with its free parking and spacious, comfortable rooms, became our ideal accommodation during our trip to Heshan. If you are also planning a trip to Heshan, you should consider the Baili Hotel; I believe you will love it as much as we did.

1/Convenient to drive by yourself. There are exclusive parking spaces in the underground parking lot, which is free. The hotel has 3 floors in total. The basement has direct access to the room level. But there are stairs from the basement to the hotel, not a slope. Stayed for two days. But in fact, one day is enough in Heshan. There is nothing particularly interesting to visit in Gulao Water Town. 2/There is nothing around, there is a primary school opposite. But takeout is available. 3/The room is not big but enough. The mini bar is free and also has snacks. The front desk service is also very good. The room is generally quiet, but it depends on the quality of the guests. The next day, I was woken up early in the morning by a family with two children who let their children run and make noise in the aisles. 4/The wifi speed is okay and the TV is small. TV iptv and screencasting are available. However, the screencasting tool uses Lebo, which has various jumps to guide the download. If you don’t download it, you can’t cast it. Try it twice for free, then you will be prompted to pay. I only successfully cast one day in two days. The TV signal was also messed up with the channel list and actual channels.

The stay experience is very good, the overall environment is clean and tidy, the room layout is reasonable, the bedding is comfortable, the sound insulation effect is good, and the night sleep is particularly stable. The staff is warm and thoughtful, the work efficiency is high, the location is good, very close to Heshan Bus Station, convenient to travel, it is recommended.

The room was very nice, clean, sanitary, with a balcony and a great view! The soundproofing in the room was very poor, and I could hear all the noises of the children outside. The second thing was the seafood buffet, which was so expensive, the food was poor, the variety was small, and the supply was slow. It was not worth the price, and the scene was very messy! The breakfast on the second day was also average. Overall, it is not worth recommending!
