Very poor and filthy hotel! Even if it has only been open for a few years... I have agreed to have five rooms in this hotel every year since three years ago. Last year, I recommended it to relatives and friends and said it was very new, and I booked a dozen more rooms! This year is definitely the worst among the worst 1. The first room on the left on the 12th floor had a strong smell of dead mice. I complained and changed to another room. The other rooms had a strong smell of inferior perfume. 2. Taking a shower with boiling water in the room will return the smell of sewerage 3. There are a lot of rat poisons and cockroach killers in many places under the room, which is definitely worrying for people with children. I complained to the front desk and found that every room had this medicine. I couldn’t ask him to clean it up for fear that the children would eat it and it would be bad. He said he didn't vacuum for a while and said it disturbed other people! After that, I got angry and found a vacuum cleaner, but the attitude was so bad that the customer had to vacuum it! When I complained to customer service, I just said that the feedback was given to the manager and then nothing was done. There was no apology or solution! I hope that if you think twice about staying here, you will definitely regret it...

酒店提供免費泊車，雖然不能對應香港車牌（港車北上), 但在停車場閘口打電話便即時開閘。酒店有免費桌球。附近有大排檔，味道可以，非常相宜。

工作人員10分親切，這個價錢非常，房間智能化不錯，希望日後早餐能多一點選擇，這樣就完美了

房間乾淨整潔，服務到位！是老牌酒店，內部設施維護很好，有自助洗衣。是每次回來探親入住最佳地方。性價比高！
