The public areas reeked of cheap perfume, and the room carpets looked filthy. The front desk staff were unfriendly; they refused to give us a ride in the golf cart, even though it was drizzling, making us drag our luggage to a far-off building. The pool closed at 10 AM and didn't reopen until after 4 PM, so there was nothing to do after breakfast because we couldn't swim. The pool itself was also incredibly far away, with the entrance located in a dimly lit basement. The evening water light show was terrible and not worth seeing. I will not be coming back. When we went for breakfast at 9:10 AM, there were hardly any green vegetables left, and what was there had turned yellow. There were no fried eggs, and for noodle soup, they only had offal instead of beef brisket – very stingy. There weren't many tasty options, and they still charged 30 for a child. Never again will I stay at a hotel like this.

On the day of check-in, I wasn't familiar with the hotel and wasn't feeling well, so I went to the wrong lobby. The front desk staff thoughtfully upgraded our room, which immediately made me feel very positive about the place. The hotel environment is quiet, the rooms are clean and hygienic, and it's convenient to get around. It's definitely my top choice for a hotel stay!

The environment is clean and comfortable. Two bottles of Donggu soy sauce were given as a gift. There is also a fountain light show at 8:30 in the evening.

The luxurious buffet dinner was a diverse and high-quality affair. The facilities were all available. The environment was comfortable. The service was impeccable and attentive.

The front desk staff explained that the room came with an oxygen bar egg, making it the first forest oxygen bar hotel in Guangdong Province! The breakfast was plentiful, and the freshly cooked noodles were amazing! Excellent value for money, highly recommended, and I'd definitely stay here again.
