The hygiene was appalling; the sheets, disposable toiletries, and even the showerhead were all yellowed. The customer service was also terrible. I changed rooms, but the situation was the same. They didn't even apologize, and told me to cancel if I still didn't like it. It was almost 2 AM by then. The next day, I waited 10 minutes after checking out of the elevator. I will never stay at this hotel again, especially since it's a franchise.

My stay at Kyriad Hotel was absolutely terrible, and I have to complain about it to warn other travelers. The hairdryer exploded when I used it after checking in, I was terrified! The hotel equipment is outdated, and when I went to the hospital, the hotel refused to cover the medical expenses, saying that compensation would have to go to court. The hospital diagnosed a hand injury from the explosion, and hotel management even secretly asked the doctor to change the diagnosis. Thankfully, the whole thing was recorded. With this kind of service and attitude, they shouldn't be running the hotel anymore. I don't want the 100 or 200 yuan; consider it a donation to your company to buy new equipment.
