Good hotel for family really we enjoy it

The hotel is clean and tidy, the service is very good, the surrounding environment is beautiful, and the housekeeper Xiaolin is very considerate. In short, I will choose to stay again next time I go there.

I thought the hot spring was a simple pool, but I didn't expect the hot spring area to have such a large garden, reaching the level of a hot spring hotel. There were few people at night, the environment was good, there was a sauna, and you could see the stars while soaking in the hot spring by the lake. The hotel should really promote the hot spring. The community canteen has a wide variety of dishes, and there are other restaurants to choose from. The decoration of the entire resort is more Christmas-like. There was no space in the basement, so we went up to the entrance of the ground lobby to park temporarily. It was 3:15 when we parked the car. When we checked in, the previous batch of tourists had just checked in, so we didn't wait for a long time. The lady who received us to check in was Xiao Wu JANNE. Because we didn't understand the included items when booking on Ctrip, we actually booked a room with hot springs and breakfast, which did not include the water park and Dinosaur Island Park. In fact, this was something we didn't expect. We think that staying in the Palm Tree Hotel should include these two items, because our 4 families traveled together with many children, and the main purpose must be to play in these two places. I think this hotel should improve, after all, the price of holiday booking is not cheap. Many hotels attract tourists who travel with children because they include children's play facilities and projects. Fortunately, our check-in point Xiao Wu JANNE explained to us very patiently, and finally provided us with the best solution. We paid extra money and were given tickets to play these two projects for two days. Xiao Wu JANNE is really worthy of praise. She is very nice and has been following up with our families until we were sent to the room and always understands our needs in detail. Although it is unreasonable that the hotel does not include two major projects for children to play, it also gives psychological comfort in the details. Guests staying at the Palm Tree Hotel can get an ice cream voucher with three servings, good night milk is delivered to the room, and drinks and snacks in the bar refrigerator can be enjoyed for free. But it is recommended to go to eat early to avoid the peak period, otherwise you will have to wait in a long line for these two specialty foods. Of course, it is not as westernized as some big brand hotels, because the several hotels here in Chunmuyuan are in separate areas, so the location is not large, and the guest rooms are only 3 floors in total. There is a very comfortable public area. In general, the hotels here are not the kind of big brand hotels that have more than 20 floors. These two days, I mainly took my children to play children's projects. The water park and the dinosaur egg park are not very big, but they are definitely enough for children to have fun. After all, children should play these. Then it happened that there were activities on the big lawn during the National Day, and the atmosphere was very good! There is a lakeside outdoors. These two days are really very comfortable, the wind is very cool, and it feels like autumn. It is really not tiring to take children. If it is a hot summer, I dare not think about it outdoors. There are several large lawns outside, which are very suitable for children to play Frisbee or football. There are also some snacks along the way, and the price is okay. Especially when playing in the water park, it is really necessary. Children will get hungry while playing, so I think they will definitely spend money. I feel again that since they will definitely spend money, each family will spend hundreds of yuan. If the hotel does not include these two places, it is really unreasonable to buy them separately. There are also two coffee shops and an art gallery outdoors. The art gallery seems to be sold separately. We did not go there and did not have time. Of course, kayaking by the lake is also charged separately. The tourists staying in the hotel can decide for themselves what other entertainment projects need to be added. There is a bonfire party in the evening, which is quite holiday atmosphere, but you must take good care of the children. There are many people on holidays. Palm trees originally include hot springs. If other hotels want to play, they have to take the hotel shuttle bus to play, so you must choose palm trees with children. It is very convenient to go downstairs to all outdoor activity areas including hot springs. The two-day experience was well prepared. Since I was pregnant and traveling with a large family, there were many children. After breakfast the next day, I thought about asking the front desk if I could help apply for a delayed check-out. This was the Amiee at the front desk who made us very dissatisfied. She was very unfriendly and decisively rejected our request to delay check-out at 1 o'clock. She said that many guests had already checked in during the holidays, and that the leaders had said that they would not agree to delay check-out. This was very inhumane. At least as a pregnant woman, I was not valued and treated preferentially by this hotel. Please educate and improve this point. Finally, we contacted Xiao Wu JANNE. Although she was not able to meet my request to delay to 2 o'clock, at least she did not refuse it outright, but carefully checked and applied for us. Finally, we got a check-out at 1 o'clock, so I was very satisfied with her reception and understanding. In the end, it was still good overall. I just hope that although there are many people and prices have risen during the holidays, at least some reception attitudes and services need to be increased accordingly, right? Although there are small episodes, I will still recommend friends to come or experience it again next time^_^
