酒店超出了我的預期，前台的接待人員服務很好，接待非常有耐心，入住辦理快速，服務周到。房間乾淨整潔沒有異味，浴室出水快，水壓大出水量很大，熱水來的很快，很舒服。整體很舒適。洗衣房洗衣機烘乾機乾淨衞生。提供早餐，很豐富，營養搭配到位，口味不錯用料足，廚房的姐姐很熱情，煮的粉味道也很棒。停車方便，還有免費洗車，服務到位。基本上用品都是免費的，還有包裝袋包好，很注重衞生。見到的所有酒店人員都會熱情打招呼，不管問任何人都會熱情解答，推薦的景點，特色小吃都很到位。總體來説各方面非常好，一定是行業標桿，以後還會再來。

希望酒店是朋友推薦來的，主要是參加朋友的婚禮，這次住宿真是相當奈斯，如果不是時間有限真想多住些日子，大堂環境太温馨了，前台小姐姐就像朋友相見一樣跟她們開玩笑，雖然下着小雨，但是絲毫不影響這次旅程。 設施：相當完善，洗衣房（烘乾機真是救了雨天來的我）健身房（加分）還有會議室，半自動洗車機（免費洗車）這服務相當到位 衞生：簡潔，看到大姐們搞衞生就像大掃除一樣，哈哈哈哈哈誇誇搞。 環境：旁邊就是愛蓮湖公園，空氣環境相當優美，就可惜是雨天來，要是晴天那就完美了。 服務：這個不得不多説兩句，從進門開始她們都是笑臉相迎，和她們開玩笑那叫一個有趣，真的像朋友一樣，非常友善，不像去過的其他酒店，非常不一樣的體驗，她們還特別會替他人着想，説想去其他地方逛逛，她們推薦的非常詳細，甚至為了能讓我玩的更舒適“爭執”了起來，太好玩了。 總結一下：下次一定還來，依舊選擇他們。

第一次來賀州就住了這家酒店，有一説一，確實是被驚艷到了，前台小姐姐長的又好看説話又好聽，言歸正傳主要是服務，不要太親切，好像許久未見的朋友再相遇，説説其他吧 環境:就在愛蓮湖旁邊導航説有1點多公里還以為有點遠結果酒店旁邊就有路進公園。 佈局/房型:真的大，佈局很舒服，住的一點不壓抑。房間水不夠喝都可以在電梯門口自己取，很多酒店做不到的 設施服務:有的都有，什麼洗衣房，健身房，還有會議室，五臟俱全。 交通:反正開着車，去哪都方便，停車有小哥哥幫停，還可以免費洗車，非常加分。
