breakfast food was below average. one day no regular coffee, one day no milk. oatmeal awful etc etc
also never replaced coffee in the room.

Lots of Vagrants hanging out the entrance of the property. As soon as I stepped out of my car I was approached by one asking for a cigarette, he even walked inside casually to help himself to whatever he needed for free. Made me feel unsafe in a way staying there. I loved my Room and facilities though! Breakfast was mediocre.

Poorly lit surrounding. Rooms were not kept clean. My bathroom was not properly cleaned, grout was stained. Couch had lint and dirt and was unwelcoming at best. Did not have the energy to stay my 2nd night. Checked out and left for another hotel (Marriot) which was cheaper despite the obviously superior quality.

Rooms were quiet with room darkening shades, plenty of storage area, well equipped mini-kitchen, and bathroom with good shower.
Negative: Buffet breakfast was not consistently well stocked. … only had bread for toasting on one day (7 day stay). Tangerines and bananas were overripe.

The service was friendly and helpful. While the facility is obviously older, the landscaping and interior were well maintained. There are plenty of stores and restaurants in the nearby area. However, it is about 45 minutes from the airport therefore only suitable if you are attending an event in the area. Plan to use a rental car or Uber because taxis are pretty much nonexistent.

Nice facility, amenities, and staff, but they did not honor our handicapped accessible room with roll in shower, even though ordered, paid for and emailed confirmed with management! This was a huge safety issue!

Unfortunately for this area this hotel was not to standards. My room entry door was hard to open/close. Stains on carpet and furniture ac/heat control unit not working. Breakfast was awful had to ask for coffee etc..way understaffed!!!

When we walked in our room it didn’t have toilet paper or soap. I decided to check the beds and there were crumbs on the sheets and someone had slept in it. I asked for a new room, which they were very kind about it, but this room also was not clean. All the dishes were still in the dishwasher and the bathroom had not been cleaned. Since the beds looked good we just stayed in it. Very disappointed with the amount we paid for a room.
