This is an excellent hotel with a top Aryuvedic spa that offers amazing massages and other treatments . The 15 bungalows are very comfortable and stylish and it offers a unique private butler service . The food is top notch , particularly the breakfast choice all a la Carte really tasty and healthy . It also offers a very well equipped gym (rare for Sri Lanka) and a 30 m pool. The setting is idyllic and it feels very private .

HBO White Lotus travel escapism meets Luxury Bali Health & Wellness at Haritha Villas + Spa. We had an exceptional 2 night stay in March 2024. From the lush meandering entry road that reminded us of Jurassic Park when the large wooden gates opened to the ultra modern villas with individual plunge pools, the Haritha experience is centered around providing travelers with tranquility and relaxation amidst natural beauty. Carved into a verdant hilltop with lovely views of paddy fields and palm trees, the contemporary villas are thoughtfully designed with seamless indoor/outdoor living. The glass walls slide open to connect to the covered outdoor dining area. We took all of our meals at our villa which was relaxing and private. The carefully curated menu included delicious healthy vegan options to tasty Sri Lankan and continental fare. The room was modern and light filled. The indoor/outdoor shower had a great European overhead rain shower. The bed, linens and pillows were very comfortable, and we slept soundly. The Haritha experience is driven by the exceptional staff from Axel who first welcomed us to the resort to the dedicated behind-the-scenes staff who artfully maintained the grounds, housekeeping staff who put a special touch on turndown service and the culinary talent who created special food memories for my family. Everything was perfectly orchestrated by our dedicated villa manager Roshan, who provided us with phenomenal care during our stay. Thank you, Roshan! I also very much enjoyed morning outdoor yoga sessions in an ideally situated wooden cabana amidst lilly pads and jungle. My exceptional yoga guru Nevika incorporated lots of stretching and breathing exercises, and was caring and inclusive of all guests with a range of yoga abilities (hint: I'm a beginner and loved it). Finally, my ayurveidc treatment sessions with Samanthika the Spa Queen were deeply therapeutic. I highly recommend the Pinda Sweda consultation and ayurvedic massage (my first!). Pinda sweda incorporates holistic warm medicated oil that is applied to the joints and gently massaged in. I felt rejuvenated! I also treated myself to a second hand and foot reflexology treatment with Samanthika the morning of our departure. I highly recommend it for globe trekkers whose feet feel a bit well worn. My family also enjoyed the Ahungalla Sea Turtles Conservation Project recommended by Roshan, our villa manager. Unlike the numerous turtle "sanctuaries" that dot Hikkaduwa, if you have a car and want to experience true turtle conservation/rehabilitation vs. turtle tourist traps, I highly recommend a visit. Overall, Haritha was a very special experience for our family. A true getaway for everyone. My six year old daughter and husband loved the personal plunge pool, and my sister-in-law appreciated the natural beauty and relaxation. I loved the health & wellness focus. If you’re looking for a special getaway Haritha Villas is it. Beautiful spaces in what feels like the jungle but minutes from the beach. You are made to feel like you are in your own luxury home. Roshan was an absolute gem, ensuring we had what we needed from the best meals at Haritha (thank you chef for the best mud crab curry) to coordinating our mini adventures. Yoga every morning was the best way to start the day with the great master yogi teachers.

Haritha villas and spa is greenery, tranquility, highly professional Ayurvedic procedures combined with exquisite luxury, great service and delicious food. The yoga classes are not to be missed, as are the Ayurvedic massages, and our butler Kingsley fulfilled our every wish with a smile and good mood.. Thanks to the doctors at the spa as well as my therapist Vinu and the whole team at this wonderful place. We will be back again!

This was an exceptionally beautiful location, private & peaceful. The wonderful butler Kingsley coped with a demanding customer who’s luggage had not arrived wonderfully. Nothing was too much trouble. Favourite smoothies were there almost before I thought of it. All the little things attended to with good humour and professionalism. The spa was excellent .too. The GM Axel was a delight, running a tight ship making it all look relaxed and effortless. I could not recommend more highly. I go back refreshed and happy .

I couldn't recommend this place more highly. The hotel is absolutely stunning. Located slightly higher up in the hills, a short walk from Hikkaduwa beach, the views were breathtaking. It's the perfect place to watch the sun set with fruit bats and peacocks flying overhead. The staff could not have been nicer, In particular Roshin who went out of his way to help organise restaurant bookings, tuktuks and a day trip to an island nearby. He made our stay really special. Also special shoutout to Dulip who led a wonderful yoga class every morning in the most stunning garden location. The food is some of the best we had in Sri Lanka, we left totally relaxed and missing it already.

This is one of the best place we ever stayed. The villa was superbe with great facilities. The private pool was terrific and honestly crystal clean and no mosquitoes. The best of the best, the wake-up call by a beautiful peacock and its danse. Food and chef were great and pool and dinning area are amazing, all in a very green environment. Last but not the least, our spa experience (couple massage) was unforgettable with its splendid flower bath. My last comment goes to the people of Haritha who made this stay a unique experience. Special attention to our host Axel who made us feel like at home and Kingslay our bottler without whom nothing would have gone nice and smooth and always attentive to our needs. Thank you again for everything and surely we recommend this unique place and we will come back

If there were 6 stars I would give them. An intimate 7room luxury oasis without reception but 24h private butler who cares for you truly. A beautiful resort with amazing Spa, gym, pool. Tuktuk to the beach whenever who want. Ayurveda treatments with a level of individuality unseen. A design with modern tropical touch. Food on a very high level with a lot of healthy options. To me it’s paradise. Don’t want to leave….
