Overall is good, just have maintenance issues only. For instance the radiator can’t switch off, air conditioning’s socket cover missing just use adhesive tape cover etc

It was okay for what we paid. I ended up driving down to London to meet my partner and the car park was something wild like £16 a day and the car park was very tight, lots of pot holes, not gated so when you’re paying so much and it’s not protected it begs the question - why is it so expensive? I understand it’s London but I think this could’ve been better. The breakfast buffet was nice, the room was clean and we were upstairs so I think it was a little bigger than the other rooms. I think it’s a great stop over hotel, but we were travelling into London city centre each day which wasn’t super practical. We should’ve just booked closer into London. But overall, it was okay 🙂

Checked in late and all went smooth. Water dispenser was available in lobby which was great, and room was as described. Upon slightly moving the bed I did find a sock that was not from my party, however except this the room seemed to be clean. There were the normal amenities available, such as a hairdryer. One negative is plug locations in my room where very inconvenient, no plug sockets near either of the bed.

The fridge does not work. I asked for services and no response. Restaurant only opened during certain time of breakfast, lunch and dinner. It’s 15mins walk from station. If you are carrying heavy luggage, it’s not convenient.

Car park cost you 16 a day. Refrigerator not working. The first room smell bad. Morning 9:00 will have someone knock ur door and ask you when you check out. Bad service

Small quiet location, nice warm welcome from a lovely lady at check in desk. However when she told me £16 for overnight parking I was shocked and disappointed! Nonetheless we paid and everything else was good for price. You may want to upgrade the lift as it’s really slow

Overall, I had a great experience. The staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were good. The room was wonderful, and perfect to catch a flight the next morning.

The worst room I ever stayed in. Bed stunk and room it self was smelly also the heating made such a noice could sleep
