Lovely overnight stay. Friendly reception staff. Lovely room with complimentary water, tea, coffee & chocolates in the room. Lovely breakfast. Very kind to offer a complimentary drink at the bar after a long drive. Would stay again if in the area.

The staff were very friendly, welcoming and attentive to use. The double rooms are spacious, and have everything thing that you need for your stay.

Stayed twice with a weeks holiday in between. Close to Heathrow and so much better than the airport hotels. Good sized rooms, excellent good and beers, friendly staff.

Was very dark in the room with bulbs not working. Towels also smelt like new paint. Asked for new set which I received very quickly which was good but they also smelt exactly the same.
Room was opposite cleaning room which washing machines going all night. Then woken up at 0500 which cars revving outside window in hotel car park (not a lot hotel can do about that though)
The general condition of room was good but environment was not great at all.
