Last winters renovation of the entire Villamare ocean front property included, expanding, and re configuring the seating area around the pool, new hot tub, elevation of the oceanfront deck, addition of new plantings, deck umbrellas, lighting and chairs. The new oceanfront SERENITY POOL, with new hot tub, stationary umbrellas, and lounge chairs is in front of the grilling area which has a new gas fire pit along with the 4 gas grills, with tables and chairs for a relaxing atmosphere.
