The spacious one bedroom, one bathroom villa is located on the first floor of Ocean Villa B Building. The villa has a fully equipped kitchen, dining/living area with a sleeper sofa. The master bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed. There are a set of captain's bunks located in the hallway, perfect for the kids!! Enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony then venture out to the beach, pool and tennis courts that are only steps away!! Your Villa: All our villas are individually owned, so you�ll never get 2 exactly alike. While bed types, televisions and furniture vary by villa, all villas come with a starter supply of dish soap, bath soap, paper towels and toilet paper. All linens and towels are included and placed throughout the villa as well. In addition, ALL villas are equipped with the following: alarm clock, hairdryer, stove, refrigerator, microwave, blender, toaster, electric hand mixer, wine opener, can opener, cookware, ovenware, dinnerware, flatware, drinkware, wine glasses, fire extinguisher, cable tv, high speed internet, DVD/DVR and access to 24/7 security and emergency maintenance. The Resort: Hilton Head Island Beach and Tennis Resort is 50+ acres of fun, relaxation and good food. The Resort is host to the largest ocean front swimming pool on Hilton Head with a kiddie pool by it�s side. In addition, a second, more private and low-key swimming pool is located on the south side of the Resort. Hilton Head Island Beach and Tennis Resort is situated with direct beach access by means of 4 boardwalks. Beach chair and umbrella rental are located on the beach just off the end of the boardwalk.
