The resort is okay if you are watching your travel dollar. Our unit (3408) was not well cleaned prior to our arrival. Dusty HVAC cover, mold in the master bath, unclean shower curtain and a bloody smear on the main bathroom wall. There were crumbs left on top of the refrigerator. The owner of this unit should look at a different cleaner. Confidentiality is out the window with our parking pass (placed in the vehicle window) containing our name, unit number and dates. It would be sufficient to print the expiring departure date. The property management that we dealt with were fine and professional but have limited say in the overall maintenance. The boardwalk was a nice route to the beach and was enjoyable. This, and central location, is why it did not receive a one star. To the owners, take care of the maintenance and cleanliness. If you are renting out your unit, remove the furniture covers.

This unit was very updated and nicely updated. Our unit was very close to the beach and the rest of the resort was great! Visiting Cocos is a must. Overall we had a great time and will certainly be back again next year.

I’ll have to look at the definition of “resort,” but this place is NOT it. The individual condo we stayed in was nice, and the location was good, but the property in general is a dump. Outdated, dirty, and clearly lack of updates. I’m not sure who even oversees this “resort.” No resort manager, no guest services. Only workers we saw were maintenance workers. Feral cats on property outside, and even being in both the indoor and outdoor pool made us cringe. Look elsewhere.

Depending on which owner you get the experience can be totally different for everyone. Our room was great, but my brothers room looked like the owner has updated it since the 80’s and when they called for no window blinds on the bedroom, he never fixed it. Be very cautious when you rent there, read reviews. Resort wasn’t awful.

We have stayed at the Hilton head resort Atleast 5 times. This time sad to say was not the best. Our condo 2123 was filthy. We had to clean before we could even settle in! The bed was awful! There was dust, sand, dirt everywhere. No vaccum, no garbage bags, missing light bulbs, stains all over the walls and mirrors. Crumbs all over the couch. The furniture ect was newer and nice. I think the problem here is the poor owner just hired a bad company to keep his condo clean. I hope who ever owns it sees this. So sad honestly. Because if it wasn’t so dirty and not taking care of it would have Been a great place. The pools were nice and clean, the stairwells dirty and the doors slammed.

I stay in January for a few nights myself and another couple. We had plenty of room in the 2 bedrooms 2 baths. Nice indoor pool and hot tub area. great location on island close to shopping and restaurants. stayed in 2416. Had full kitchen which was nice and 2 full baths.

Every villa is owned and operated by the condo owner. This villa was awesome. 3 total pools, 2 outdoor and 1 indoor which was perfect for rainy days. Short and fun walk to the beach across a saltwater marsh boardwalk. My kids loved seeing all the wildlife. At the end of the boardwalk is CoCos on the beach, for food ,fun , drinks and restrooms less than a minute from the beach.

I don’t usually leave bad reviews, we booked this place through Vaycasa Got to our room, main TV didn’t work nor internet. Thought no worries they’ll get it worked out because I know things happen. Called them they showed up saying you have a bad HDMI cable. After four days of back and forth they finally got it fixed on our last night after getting rude with frustration, which I don’t normally do because I understand working in the service industries can be demanding. The only reason I gave it 2 stars is because the kids enjoyed the beach

The Complex is very old. Steam Room Never operates, Indoor pool and jacuzzi have a bad smell, Board walk is buckled, Facility has seen better days. Lots of families with 6-8 adults staying in a 2 bedroom unit. Outdoor pool is overcrowded. 600 units and a pool that might handle 50 people. A/C repair people in the facility at midnight. We did not enjoy our stay and this is the last time..
