There is no better location compared to Mediapark. Hotel is not super modern (understatement) but price quality ratio is fine.

It was a very nice apartment style room. Very close to the station as well like a five minute walk. Staff was very nice and accommodating

A terrible experience! I was given an apartment without my consent, a five minute walk from main building with no offer of help for my baggage and in pouring rain. Dark, damp room, wifi and phone not working, unfriendly staff. Never again. Amrath Lappershoek much better!

Terrible stay. No dental kit. As i forgot toorhbrush and it was late at night i needed to get a taxi to a night store. The restaurant ran out of food so i need to order Uber eats. They only had enough food for 5 reservations. Room Tiny and poorly designed. Hairdyer worked perfectly on day one on day 2 it didnt. I think someone swopped the hairdyer. No spare hairdryer meaning it took forever to dry hair. One day i needed to leave for business with wet hair. Shower trickled no power. Needed to stay in shower much longer to get shampoo off hair. Manager not available to deal with complaint. They manager was on holiday. Requested a call left telephone number twice and email. No response from hotel. No reduction in stay. Terrible experience.

We love this hotel! The staff are warm and helpful, the facilities very clean and offer all the amenities required. Breakfast is not included in the price, but is a very nice breakfast. The selling point,of seriously considering booking in the Hilversum area, is the location. It's a 10 minute walk from the train station, and main train lines connecting all over the Netherlands. It's 10 minutes to the center of town, with some great cafes and restaurants, as well as shops. Further, there's a free parking lot at the hotel. All of these aspects, and a very reasonable rate, make this one of the best places to consider if traveling in the area, or wanting a home base to explore the Netherlands by train.

Mid-range hotel. Friendly reception. The young man in the restaurant should have a course in customer care - he was very service minded, whereas his female colleague, who was there the first days of our stay, was very service minded.

Quite expensive but clean and well organised. helpful staff, excellent location and in a very quiet area, which makes for excellent quality sleep. I used a single room practically overlooking the entrance to the hotel and I had no difficulty getting a great night's sleep. Good breakfast at the hotel. One note that I found was that the electrical sockets in the room were inaccessible or in any case in such an inconvenient position that use was really difficult. for the rest everything is fine
