Location wise and facility wise is good but the cleanliness inside hotel rooms and lobby is not so great. I would personally not stay here for more than 3 days if given an option.
They have free dinner which is a positive point.

Dinner and the free happy hour including alcohol were good. Most of the staff were not Japanese, so it felt like I was in a foreign country.
