The place was quite clean, and the service was excellent. Laundry is super affordable at 200 yen, significantly cheaper than other hostels which typically charge 300-500 yen. They also have a dryer, so rainy days aren't an issue. The only drawback is that it's a wooden, detached house (not reinforced concrete), so the sound insulation isn't the best. Guests need to be mindful of their footsteps; walking heavily could lead to thumping noises audible downstairs, potentially causing complaints. Furthermore, showering is generally not permitted after midnight, as the sound of running water can disturb those on lower floors. Also, guests are required to make their own beds (sheets, pillowcase, duvet cover) upon arrival, and strip them off, placing them in the designated laundry basket upon check-out. If you're unwilling to do this or find making your own bed a hassle, you might want to consider booking elsewhere.

I think this place was good for 2 nights, location was amazing and people staying there seemed nice. It didn’t really feel like a guesthouse tho, staff weren’t really that present but that’s okay

What a nice little hostel! Clean and comfortable, with friendly staff and clear signage and policies everywhere. We arrived very late and were still able to get in easily. No elevator, so keep that in mind. Nice little lounge and kitchen area. Perfectly located within walking distance of Peace Memorial Park. Will definitely stay here again!

This is a great hostel. The staff are super friendly and helpful. They speak good English and there are many other solo travelers that come here. I met some great people. There's a kitchen too that's well equipped. The bedrooms are also very spacious and comfy. My only downside is being woken up at 10am everyday as the staff come in to clean the rooms from guests that have checked out.

Amazing location close to all the major sites on foot. The hosts are helpful and friendly and kitchen + rooftop a nice addition.

What I care the most: it was very clean, the space was fine in the dorm and it had all the necessary amenities like the kitchen and rent bikes.

Decent accommodation for the price . It has everything you need

Hiroshima has a lot of white tourists, more than other Japanese cities. There are many hostels to choose from in Hiroshima, and this one is pretty good. It's clean and the facilities are functional. You need to make your own bed and return the sheets, but that's easy, especially considering the cheap price.
