The hotel is a little outdated, and there are a lot of people sharing each shower and toilet. Perhaps I went at a quiet time of year, but I didn't find this to be an issue, the toilet and shower were always free when I wanted them. The location is also convenient.

Good location of the hotel, excellent large swimming pool in the bathhouse. They provide gowns, washcloths, etc.
The only negative is that the machines only have cold drinks and in our room there was a century-old layer of dust on the TV and table.
P.S. The staff does not speak English, keep this in mind if relevant.

This is my second time staying here since coming to Hiroshima for work.
First of all, it's cheap within the city, there's a relaxing bath, and I personally had no problems staying there for 5 days.
Considering the price, it's not particularly bad, but the walls are thin and the soundproofing is so poor that you can clearly hear everything from the young couple next door's conversation to the sounds of them splashing around and even the finish (lol).
That's what happened this time, but there's a hot spring next door and a bar district nearby, so I think it's convenient.
There's also a supermarket within walking distance, which is useful for long-term stays. I'll stay here again.
