The hotel serves free, decent dinner and breakfast. The 'onsen' on the top floor is a great plus as well!

The hotel is easily accessible by foot and surprisingly a big hotel with escalators (easy for travellers with luggage) and a big hotel lobby (considering that it is a business hotel in Japan). Stayed as a family of 3 (with a child). The room was fine with 2 beds but no space for big luggage. We actually paid extra at the Front Desk for my child to stay together but was disappointed that it does not come with an extra bathroom towel nor room slippers. I asked for 1 more pillow and was rejected too. But one of the male staff at the Front Desk was extremely helpful which was a bonus. He gave a suggestion in passing me 2 blankets which I can stack them and use as a pillow. We liked the view from our room too. We are able to see the the busy train tracks with Shinkansen and cargo trains. The stay comes with breakfast and dinner too. Overall, it was a great stay. Thank you.

The hotel is very new, just a 5-minute walk from Hiroshima Station. The room has a sofa, and both breakfast and dinner were good. I'm very satisfied.

As a railway enthusiast, the hotel offering rooms with a view of the Sanyo Shinkansen was a huge plus! (And surprisingly, I wasn't disturbed by any noise while sleeping).

A no thrill hotel. Serve the purpose. Offers both free breakfast and dinner but neither were appealing. It maybe better just focus on a good breakfast then it would be more memorable. On a whole cheap and cheerful hotel with daily cleaning.

The hotel's decor felt quite dated, which made many of the facilities seem a bit odd. Dinner was not good at all – I'd say it's best to skip it. Breakfast, however, was decent enough. Oh, and the juice was surprisingly good!

Honestly, for this price, with free breakfast and dinner, with a spacious room that comes with a couch, I am happy to re-book this hotel when I revisit Hiroshima. The only qualm I have is the lack of free coffee or water 24/7, but that's a small issue. Great service, cleanliness, rooms and a good breakfast/dinner.

Location: The location is fantastic, just a stone's throw from Hiroshima Station, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. Facilities: There's even a hot spring on the rooftop, which was incredibly relaxing! Service: They offer complimentary dinner and breakfast, truly excellent value for money. Cleanliness: Spotlessly clean.

They did not let me have breakfast because i arrived one minute late. I thought breakfast finished later, so it is my fault, but if you arrive one minute late  ( the setup was still there ), they should at least let me grab something quickly. Vrry dissppointef since i paid for something that i could not have

This Hotel is fantastic and I’d absolutely stay here again. The onsen on the top floor features a large communal bath and a sauna. The bed is very comfortable and there’s also a mini fridge for chilling drinks. They have a self service Laundry with separate dryers on the ground floor next to the rather unused Internet lounge. The breakfast in the morning was very filling with a great variety of soups, salads, congee, breads and proteins. It’s only a short stroll to Hiroshima Station for a great range of local delicacies like Okonomiyaki. Staff were attentive and helpful speaking a little English. Will gladly stay again. Arigato Gozaimasu!

The hotel offers complimentary breakfast and dinner. Dinner is a set menu, and breakfast is a buffet, but it's cleared by 9:30 AM. A single bed room isn't too cramped, but a double bed room would be extremely tight. The facilities are very old, and the air conditioning takes about five minutes to start working properly.

It’s perfect for solo female traveller. Price is very reasonable inclusive of dinner. Don’t worry if you miss a meal due to late return because the price for dinner is cheap. Room size just fit for 1-2 medium size luggage. Location wise, it’s near ekimae. There’s an onsen on the 15/F, which is good for muscle relax after long journey.

This hotel is really outdated honestly but you get what you paid for. One of the beds advertised happened to be a sofa bed, which was honestly ridiculous because the hotel didn’t clarify this. Location was good but the cleanliness could be better.
