Love the wide spread breakfast buffet but the food was a bit cold though. Great location and conveniently located so that transportation around Hiroshima was so easy. Hotel receptionists were friendly and can converse in English. The hotel is situated with a couple of department stores nearby. The Hiroshima pass was very useful as we could redeem vouchers to buy things in the department stores nearby..

Nice place to stay and close to Shinkansen. Good breakfast but have to estimate waiting time in front of the restaurant.

Excellent hotel situated right beside JR train station. The rooms are clean and the service personnel are very polite and helpful.

The hotel is located beside tbe Hiroshima station. I love the decor and amenities. Would love to stay here again . Everything is available here and close to taxi stand too.

Stayed at this hotel during visit to Hiroshima, the location is great, next after JR Hiroshima Station. and the room is also very spacious, bigger than average japanese hotel. definitely will stay again in this hotel if visiting Hiroshima.

This hotel was a nice surprise, I arrived into Hiroshima main station and the hotel is attached to the station so walked out of the station turned left and only had
100 steps to walk (covered walkway with escalator) and it took less than 3 minutes, the check in staff were great and speak english, the room was large and well equipped
and 100% clean and modern, its in a good location , take a number 5 tram to Hiroshima Bay and the ferry docks are end of that line, you can visit one of the many islands and its calm
takes around 25 minutes and low cost , nice day out, 5 minutes taxi ride from hotel is the city restaurant area , everything about the hotel was first class. I will use it again
i hope you use it to and enjoy the experience, Thanks to all the staff and managers etc for making it feel like home from home ,
