No check in until 3, everyone has to queue up then. Room coffee is instant, not good. Breakfast is OK. Staff is not friendly compared to other places in Japan.

Great experience here. The hotel is right next to a lot of Hiroshima'd major attractions, and the rooms have an incredible view of the city and beyond. Good restaurants with friendly service. Highly recommended.

The hotel is ok but looking very tired.the location is good. We didn’t take breakfast because it was £20 per person. Lots of tour party and school party stay here.
Would I stay here again no. It’s very impersonal for the money you pay.

Great Location .. Yet the hotel is old. It reminds me hotels in the 80s when I was a kid. That's 40 years ago. I dropped something in my room and it rolled under the bed. I lifted up the bed, and it is just awful moldy carpet covered by the bed. I don't even bother to pick up my thing.

The service is great, but the hardware seems a bit old. This is not suitable for business trip since there is no desk but a table, and no international socket near the table.

I loved the hotel for its great location near all the important landmarks. The hotel is super clean and the staff was friendly. I was disappointed to not be allowed to use the pool because of a small tattoo on my ankle and the price to use it was excessive.

Fantastic place! The facilities, special the furniture inside the bedroom is not so new, but okay. Not's a big issue. I have been in a high top floor and the view there is fabulous.
