Good location,near to the coin car parking because no car parking available in the hotel. This is a perfect place for family,the hotel is so comfy and wide. we enjoyed so much and for sure we will come back again.

Very grand hotel, dated in the age of build. Very clean bathroom and beds. Amazing, grand entrance way. Very close to sightseeing areas and local sighseening bus stops. Excellent view of the city. Lots of personal amenity provided (toothbrush etc). Access to gym/fitness centre is additional (substantial) costs. Lovely staff with excellent English.

Great room. It was clean and cozy. The staff were polite and friendly. Free coffee from a machine is available at the front desk. A 7-Eleven is conveniently located right next door. The room doesn't have wardrobes or much space for large suitcases, but it's perfectly fine for travelers with smaller luggage. The hotel offers two washing machines and two dryers; however, expect queues in the evenings, so doing laundry in the morning or afternoon is recommended. Overall, I have wonderful memories of my stay.

This room is a bit cramp for 3 people with barely enough space to open 3 luggages. Overall, location is 8.5/10 considering it can be reached by local buses from Hiroshima station and it is near quite a few restaurants. There is also a 7-11 opposite the back entrance of the hotel. Will recommend those who want a no frills experience!

I stayed here for three nights. The location is strategic and there are many places to eat nearby. The receptionist was very friendly, spoke English fluently, and explained everything well. Sometimes when I returned, they would ask me how my day was 😆. The female staff member who managed the place was also kind and spoke English fluently. Every night, she would ask me if the temperature was comfortable, if I was cold, etc. She was really nice🥹🥹. There is a special room for women with bunk beds for four people, which uses an automatic lock. There’s a spacious luggage storage area, and free Wi-Fi is available. The bed type is a futon, and you have to set up the sheets yourself. Toothbrushes and towels are provided but are paid extras. Overall, it’s fantastic with an extremely affordable price! This hotel is located in the heart of Hiroshima, but it's a bit far from the main tram lines. If you're coming from Hiroshima Station by bus, you'll need to plan your timing carefully or be prepared for a short walk after getting off. The nearest tram stop is about a 10-minute walk, which is reasonable. However, if you're arriving late at night or returning late after sightseeing, make sure to factor in the extra time. The hotel rooms are quite spacious, and the bathroom has a good wet/dry separation. The hotel also offers complimentary welcome drinks at the restaurant next to the lobby from 2 PM to 11 PM, which is a nice relaxing space after a day of exploring. The breakfast is excellent, with a rotating selection of Hiroshima's local specialties every day, such as okonomiyaki, fried oysters, and beef tendon stew. The hotel has a laundry room with reasonable prices and combined washer-dryer machines, which is very convenient as you don't need to transfer clothes. If you plan to do laundry, I recommend going in the late afternoon as it gets very busy in the evenings. Overall, this is a great hotel with a very reasonable price.

I picked the hotel for the location, this year my remit for hotels was to be as close to the beach as possible. The entrance is pretty spectacular, a shop and a cafe on the ground floor. There is a gym and an onsen (I couldn't go in as I am covered in tattoos - this is a normal rule in the onsen's. If you have tattoos and are not aware of this you should be travelling around Japan) There are multiple restaurant's on different floors. Hands down the best was the sky lounge on the 23rd floor amazing views and a selection of food either buffet style or an a la carte menu. I need to come back to sample the other restaurants, staff were very helpful and the hotel was spotlessly clean. Amazing location not too far from the city and the peace museum, there is a taxi rank outside the hotel my trip this morning to the station was so easy, taxi door to door. If you go I urge you to walk around the island as well wonderful views with little sandy areas to sit and relax.

The location of this hotel is excellent. It’s right next to Peace Memorial Park, directly behind the museum, in a quiet and pleasant area. It’s about a 3–5 minute walk from the tram stop and around 5 minutes to the main shopping street. If you get this hotel at a good price and only plan a short stay focused on the Peace Park, the location is definitely a plus. The room itself, however, was extremely small. Seating was uncomfortable — only a small stool with no back, and in my case the screws were sticking out, making it unsafe and unpleasant to use. You are basically either on the bed or out of the room. The biggest issue was severe condensation and dampness. The room had extreme moisture problems — water running down the walls and windows, and the bed and floor becoming damp overnight. I woke up with wet feet and later realised why. This is not normal condensation; it was excessive and clearly an ongoing issue. I raised this with the front desk when checking out, but it was brushed off. After contacting Trip.com with photos and videos, the hotel refused responsibility once I had checked out. Trip.com eventually offered partial compensation, but the hotel itself showed no accountability. Because of this, I would not stay here again. I am not overly picky with hotels, but a damp room that can make guests sick is unacceptable. Also, I do not recommend the breakfast. You receive a very small bento box with unclear contents and a bottled tea. For the price, you are far better off going to a nearby convenience store like Lawson. Overall: great location, but poor room conditions and lack of responsibility from the hotel. There are better options in this area.

The hotel's service and facilities are generally up to standard. For our stay, the room provided toothbrushes and essential toiletries, along with laundry facilities and drinking water, which was quite good. However, I was a bit disappointed that the hotel didn't provide shower caps. Also, room cleaning isn't done daily, so guests need to arrange for it according to their needs. As for the room rate, since it included breakfast, it's considered relatively inexpensive for a hotel in Hiroshima City. The only downside is that the hotel's location is a bit far from Hiroshima Station, making it not the most convenient. But it's closer to the Atomic Bomb Dome, which isn't too bad.

I had a great stay at this hostel! The rooms were clean and comfortable, the location was perfect It felt relaxed from the moment I arrived. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to other travelers!
