This was a very nice place to stay. The staff was very friendly and it was no problem for them to watch your bags on the last day. It has a very good location for food, drinks and shopping. The price was very good. The room had AC and cable tv to watch CNN. Thanks

We chose this hotel due to a lack of alternatives, but numerous issues made our stay uncomfortable. Unfortunately, we could only tolerate being here for one night. Budget hotel as it is.

The location is very good. Everything is ok except that no cleaners. Have asked 3 times and still didn't clean the room and finally they said the cleaner is not working today.

The staff was very polite and friendly.I booked a called deluxe room but it was a very tiny room at the end.I had emailed twice the hotel management to have a nice view from my room since I selected the deluxe room for 10 nights.They gave me a room with a view of the opposite wall of the building.At some point I asked for a microwave to warm up my food but they have none at the hotel,they asked me to go opposite the street at another shop which I did not.In total I stayed for only 2 nights after I had paid for 10 nights.This hotel is very basic and it needs to be advertised as such….no deluxe rooms to offer so that’s not honest.

I booked this hotel and they changed my booking last minute without any information. The rooms are extremely dirty and the support staff was horrible. No amenities in the room, not even toilet paper. The bathroom is really dirty. It was a horrible stay.

Hotel condition wasnt the best but the staff were amazing and very friendly, especially the male staff who I didnt catch the name of but he was 25 years old. He helped us deal with any issues that arose and was overall very friendly and helpful.

Great central location, clean and decent view. A bit old though. Be careful to not confuse it with the other hotel of the same name that is 1-2 blocks away.

The place that we booked was overbooked so they ended up moving us to their other location which was in a building that was quite a bit older than the one we initially booked, but the staff was super friendly at both locations. They payed for a cab to bring us to the other location. The place was pretty clean, a couple minor things but overall I enjoyed my stay and we ended up booking an extra night from the front desk as there was so much to explore in the city.

We arrived … then they transferred us to a sister hotel and they upgraded the room … 2 hours later they shifted us to another room … a downgrade to a smaller room …. The air conditioning didn’t work … they came and after a while they got it working … but not very well …. Not the best experience!
