Excellent apartments with independent entry. The owners are friendly and polite, practically 24/7 in touch, created a group in WhatsApp where they answered my questions, sent a video instruction on how to open the front door yourself, pick up the key card and check into the apartment. Also, on any day you can request cleaning and change of bed linen and towels as in a hotel.
The room itself, of course, is quite modest in size, but with a balcony where you can dry things, and a good view of the park. Many hotels in Saigon do not always even have windows. The room has everything you need for a comfortable stay, a kettle, a microwave, dishes and cutlery. The nearest 7-Eleven is a 10-minute walk away, there are several cafes around and a coffee shop right in this building, the city center is about 7 minutes by motorbike.
Of the minuses, I can note a very hard bed, as well as a gap between the wall and the bed, where pillows constantly fell, it was not super comfortable to sleep. Also, the flow-through water heater in the bathroom howled very loudly, it was a bit annoying. Otherwise, everything is great, I recommend it!

Stayed for one night after a flight. Overall a good place for a short stay. The room is very small, but it has everything you need, even a small balcony overlooking the garden. It is possible to leave luggage for storage after check-out.
Cons - very hard bed, noise from a busy road, no reception. I recommend contacting the administration in advance so that they can send you a YouTube video with instructions for check-in and door codes.

We stayed for 4 days. The apartments are very well maintained. The only thing is that for a longer stay the room seemed a bit cramped.
