The Hotel room is new, bed is very comfortable. Only thing not so good is the hotel entrance some taxi driver can’t drive in.

The hotel is located in a great area, close to the mall and bar area. However, the breakfast area is a bit small.

The room is so smell which came from the washroom.
The towel is not clean.

humble abode, not too stuffy despite not having windows. very cozy but has everything you need. take note that shower doesn’t have a door so floor may get really wet if you use the rain shower, and that the hotel is situated within a market, so many grabs refuse to drive to the hotel doorstep. but staff were really nice and helpful, and were able to get a cab to drive in for our ride to the airport! lovely stay

The hotel is new and clean. It's conveniently located in the centre of the city.
The executive room with window wall is small but it's enough for sleeping. It isn't really convenient for 2 people. There isn't a wardrobe and a space for a suitcase. The worst thing is that an air conditioning blows just onto the bed.
The shower gel, shampoo and hand wash are very high quality.
The best thing is that there are big water bottles in the room.
All in all, the hotel is good.

When I came to HATO again with my luggage, it was Felix's meticulous reception that relieved the fatigue of the journey. The warm-hearted service of all the staff in the hotel is unforgettable. A hearty breakfast fuels the day. I left a hand-drawn group photo for you to remember this unforgettable moment once again.Next time, I would choose HATO without hesitation.

The newly renovated hotel is cosy and clean. They provide bathroom amenities with Grohe and Villeroy & Boch brands! Breakfast is good and would be glad to come back here again in the next visit 👍🏼
