Luxury Home Landmark 81

The location was great but most tours wont pick up from there as its not in district 1. The beds were rock solid, like sleeping on a board. Everything in the kitchen was dirty. No tea/coffee sachets or any kind of amenities. And cockroaches everywhere!!!!! The lobby and hallways look pretty but there is no front desk or anything, you can only speak to housekeeping during business hours, anything else and youre on your own.

Serious breach of privacy. Around midnight, a staff member came into my apartment to demand my passport for registration while I was asleep. This was extremely inappropriate and unacceptable. If passport registration was required, it should have been handled at check-in or by asking me to come to reception. This incident was a clear violation of privacy and made me feel unsafe. Even more concerning, the management did not take responsibility or offer any meaningful response or compensation after the incident.

We booked for a family of 4 people (2 adults, 2 children). We were looking for apartments in the tallest building (landmark 81). When choosing, we relied solely on reviews. After a long flight, having warned in advance from the airport that we were leaving, we waited 40 minutes in the lobby for an employee to come to us. At the same time, they first tried to move us into another building from this residential complex, justifying this with the best view from the window. After the trial, they decided to put us in the landmark 81 building. When the staff brought us to the apartments, it turned out that someone was already living in them. After that, it took another 40 minutes for us to find another room in this building, and eventually we were moved into a three-bedroom apartment (we booked with two), which is why we were asked to move again the next day. As a result, we were provided with a free late eviction service for all the inconveniences caused. We also asked to leave our luggage for storage after check-out for a couple of hours, as a result, we could not receive it for almost an hour and almost missed the flight because of this. Despite all this, I had a good impression, because the view from the apartment window allowed me to smooth out all the shortcomings of the staff. If you need a stunning view from the window and you are not afraid of difficulties, I recommend booking!

This place just made sense for my trip. Good location, clean room, decent shower, and enough space for my luggage without feeling cramped. Staff answered messages quickly too. Nothing about it felt overhyped, just a genuinely comfortable and practical stay.

The check-in process was easy and the instructions were clear. When I entered the room, it looked tidy and well prepared. I only stayed one night, but the stay felt smooth and comfortable overall.
