I have to give this hotel a five-star review! The ambiance is absolutely splendid, with a true Italian luxury style. The service was warm and attentive. On our first day, our room had a slight musty smell, but they addressed it promptly after we reported it. The entire elevator lobby smelled wonderful. The sofas in the lobby, made of purple camel leather, were incredibly comfortable. The hotel's location is excellent, right in the heart of the city center. We even got to enjoy fireworks from our room on New Year's Eve, celebrating the new year's arrival. Seeing the huge crowd downstairs made us feel like this room was incredibly worth it.

I stayed 5 days and 4 nights at The Reverie Saigon and had a wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the hotel staff and the floor manager. The check-in process at the reception was very smooth and efficient. The manager personally escorted me to my room and kindly explained how to use the lighting and other room facilities. I arranged for a room with a sunrise view, and every morning I woke up early to enjoy the beautiful sunrise over Ho Chi Minh City. It was truly an amazing sight and a memorable part of my stay. The room service was excellent and always well done. The bellboy could speak English, which was a great help to me when booking taxis and getting directions to the places I wanted to visit. Overall, the hotel service was fantastic. I had a very pleasant stay and will definitely come back to stay here again in the future.

Great and fantastic experience from arrival till departure process. Rooms are well appointed with great views over the town, we stayed in 33rd floor. Nice amenities and service provided by the staff. The interior design of the entire hotel is just amazing, spa is on another level of luxury which can’t describe in words and need to be seen✌️ great food, we had ordered “Pho” soup which was just phenomenal👍 hotel is located on the Main Street from where you have easy access to the main Saigon city mall with variety of shops. Bell desk upon departure was very helpful and kind and all staff around is smiling and having positive approach. We definitely coming back

Best 5 star hotel in Ho Chi Minh City in all aspects. The river view from our room is great. Services are great as well. Breakfast is wonderful. Swimming pool is nice. We have been to quite a few 5 star hotels. I believe it is best one on our list.

Had a fantastic stay! The hotel's location is excellent, and my room had a direct view of the New Year's Eve fireworks. The front desk, housekeeping, and all other staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They even gave us some festive chocolates! I'll definitely choose this hotel again when I come back to Vietnam.
