After traveling around the world for more than 20 years, this is the first time I gave this hotel a bad review! We checked in around 10pm and the reception service was terrible! Just roll your eyes When I checked out the next day, the check-out suit was even more outrageous, and I didn't eat breakfast, but the breakfast fee for one more person was added! Still refused to refund, she called the restaurant and said that there were only two people dining, and she still had to charge more, and said it was a service fee! I asked her manager to come out to deal with it because I was catching a plane, but no one cared about it at all! Later I said to call the police! She was willing to deduct the breakfast money, but the second bill was still wrong! We did not calculate correctly, and asked her what was the matter, she said that the calculation was wrong, so there was a third bill! Later, we paid her, because we didn’t have any change, we gave the full amount, and we needed 320,000 VND in change, but she only gave 170,000 in change, and then she didn’t give it to us, and quarreled again, only to get 320,000 in change ! This is the first time that such a high-end hotel has encountered such a wonderful thing! This negative review is just to remind people who will stay in the hotel in the future, to see clearly and check the bill to avoid losses!
